Overview (Google Review: 4.3 ★★★★)
This charming 4-star boutique resort is located about 1.2 miles from the Lao National Museum and Chao Anouvong Park. While it is technically within walking distance, the stroll takes about 20 minutes under the tropical sun, so you may want to plan accordingly.
The rooms feature private balconies, mosquito netting, and reliable Wi-Fi. They also offer a complimentary city shuttle to make exploring easy. On-site, you will find a cozy restaurant with terrace seating and a gorgeous outdoor pool surrounded by lush trees, creating a serene, hidden-garden atmosphere.

The free shuttle service was incredibly convenient. They timed the pickup perfectly to match our arrival, making the check-in process completely hassle-free from the moment we got to Vientiane.

The outdoor pool is quite large and beautifully landscaped. When we visited, it was very quiet and uncrowded, allowing us to fully relax. Vientiane can get incredibly hot (often reaching into the 90s°F), so jumping into the pool immediately after check-in is highly recommended!

The pool is actually much deeper and more spacious than it appears in photos. It might be a bit deep for small children to swim unsupervised. Even for me, the water came up quite high, so I found myself walking on my tiptoes in some sections!

Another major highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast. While the buffet selection wasn't overwhelmingly massive, every dish was fresh, clean, and delicious. We were thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the food.

To top it off, we finished our meals with a selection of fresh tropical fruits and refreshing local juices. A perfect start to the morning!

The guest rooms were spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—which is essential for getting a good night's sleep in Laos. Having a comfortable room to return to makes all the difference when traveling. The only tiny surprise was spotting a small gecko on the wall. Geckos are very common in tropical Southeast Asia; they are completely harmless and actually keep bugs away, so there is no need to worry!
Overall, we had an excellent experience at this boutique hotel. With its reasonable rates, friendly staff, beautiful pool, and handy free shuttle service, it is a fantastic base for your Vientiane adventure.
