With three families staying together, space allocation was key, so we divided our families based on each villa's features.

My grandparents, who go to bed earlier, and my middle schooler, who needed a bit more privacy, stayed in the quiet and cozy Villa D (with the jacuzzi).

My brother's 18-month-old baby, who still needed mom and dad's close attention, and my husband and I stayed in Villa C, which has the pool, and we enjoyed playing a bit later into the night.

The jacuzzi in Villa D had wonderfully hot water, ideal for the seniors to unwind and relieve their fatigue. Since it needs to fill up, it's a good idea to start filling it as soon as you check in :)

The villa interiors were incredibly spacious for families. Each unit featured two bedrooms (one with two queen beds, one with a single queen bed) and a separate attic space that kids adore, making it perfect for our three families to spread out comfortably.

Especially since the attic also had bedding prepared, there was absolutely no worry about sleeping arrangements.

Ilwolyeojeong in Gimcheon can accommodate from a minimum of 4 guests up to a maximum of 12 people, so depending on your group size, renting just one villa might be sufficient.

However, since our large family was gathering this time, we specifically booked two villas to enjoy a more spacious and private experience :)

The amenities included luxurious LUSH products, a baby bathtub, and even a Dyson hairdryer, showcasing the owner's meticulous attention to detail. Plus, they provided more than enough towels for multiple swims, making our stay at this Gimcheon pool villa feel truly pampering.
