Da Nang
Whenever I travel to Da Nang,
my go-to accommodation near Han Market is the Fivitel Boutique Da Nang.
It's incredibly comfortable for a two-person stay (perfect for my son and me!),
and the consistently friendly staff always makes our visit a joy.

A trip to Da Nang isn't complete
without a final shopping spree at Han Market.
This hotel is just a breezy 10-minute walk away, making it a highly strategic base.
Today, I'm sharing my personal review of their Superior Twin Room.
With rates starting around ~$38 per night,
it's an absolute steal for budget-conscious travelers seeking quality.

Superior Twin Room Review

As a 4-star property, Fivitel Boutique Da Nang
never disappoints when it comes to space.
We arrived in the afternoon, and the moment we opened the door,
the room was flooded with gorgeous natural light.

The twin beds are always impeccably clean,
and the mattresses are surprisingly plush—perfect for deep sleep.
I also loved having charging outlets right by the headboard
to easily check my phone in the middle of the night.
My son practically passed out the second his head hit the pillow! :)

Since I'm a returning guest, the lovely reception team
kindly upgraded us to a higher floor.
The view was fantastic, stretching
all the way to the iconic Dragon Bridge!

The room features a compact TV, but my favorite touches
are the large mirror and spacious desk.
It’s so convenient for getting ready in the morning
and keeping daily essentials organized.

The bathroom is located right by the entrance,
opposite a handy storage cabinet and mini-fridge.

You get two complimentary bottles of water daily,
but keep in mind that the other beverages are chargeable.
Only the room-temperature water bottles are free!

In the past, when traveling with my husband and son,
we opted for the Family Room.
That bathroom didn't have a window,
but this Superior Twin Room does!

The afternoon sunlight streaming into the bathroom
creates such a warm, inviting vibe.

You'll find a wall-mounted hairdryer
and basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste.

While the fixtures show a bit of wear,
the unbeatable price point keeps me coming back.
The shower is stocked with travel-sized
shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
What About Breakfast and Service?

The breakfast spread at Fivitel Boutique Da Nang
offers a solid mix of international and local options.
Honestly, as long as there's an egg station,
I'm a happy camper! But I noticed they've revamped the menu for 2026.

Compared to last year, there are way more
appetizing choices available.
They swapped out less popular dishes for a wider variety
of fresh tropical fruits and updated recipes.
It’s great to see a hotel continuously improving!

With a good selection of coffee, tea, and juice,
it’s the perfect light morning meal.

I prefer keeping breakfast light anyway, so for
the price of the room, this is a fantastic perk!
Originally, I used Booking.com since prices were
similar across platforms.
However, even with loyalty discounts, Trip.com has been
offering better rates lately, which is where I booked this time.

Be sure to compare platforms before booking!

Every time we stepped out, the doorman
was incredibly helpful, offering to carry our bags to our Grab.
This time, our luggage was light enough to handle ourselves,
but his warm smile and eagerness to help really stood out.
It’s a hotel that leaves you smiling right up until checkout. :)
The Perfect Base for Shopping

Fivitel Boutique Da Nang's proximity
to Han Market makes it incredibly easy to pop over on foot.
It’s a bustling area, so taking a stroll
along the Han River after sunset is highly recommended.

There are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby,
meaning you don't even need to call a Grab to find a good meal.
I highly recommend spending your last day or two here
before catching your flight home.

Depending on your dates and cancellation policies,
you can snag a room with breakfast included starting around ~$38.
For its prime location near Han Market and incredible value,
it’s a top-tier recommendation.
⭐ Why I Love It ⭐

✔ Optimized location for last-minute shopping

If you're planning a shopping trip to Da Nang's Han Market,
definitely consider staying at the Fivitel Boutique Da Nang. :)
