For a long time, if you were flying out of Da Nang, your airport lounge options were pretty much set in stone: the CIP Orchid Lounge.
With two branches, whether you turned left or right after security, you'd likely end up at an Orchid. But things have changed recently!

My Personal Experience and Review
1. The Original Da Nang Orchid Lounge
CIP Orchid Lounge

Of the two original branches, one is still operating, conveniently located opposite Gate 7. The walk-in price remains around $27. While I've seen it listed for around ~$26 USD if paying with local currency (40,000 KRW), booking in advance online often gets you a better deal than paying at the door.
2. Introducing the New Da Nang Vanda Lounge

The Vanda Lounge has taken over the space that used to be Orchid Lounge Branch 2, situated directly opposite Gate 4. The price is consistent with the Orchid Lounge at $27.

I spoke with a staff member, who confirmed that the Vanda Lounge officially opened on October 1, 2025. This means as of July 22, 2026, it's still relatively new, offering a fresh experience for travelers!
Good news for lounge access cardholders: you can use your Priority Pass (PP) card or other lounge programs like LoungeKey to enter.

Let's talk facilities first. Since it's so new, the entire lounge feels incredibly clean and well-maintained. You'll find a dedicated area with a printer, perfect for any last-minute business needs. There are also comfortable massage chairs and some semi-private, business-class style seats, ideal for getting some work done or simply relaxing. Beyond that, the general seating areas are straightforward and comfortable.
I was pleasantly surprised to find several massage chairs available. I don't usually use them, but with so many open and being brand new, I figured it would be a missed opportunity not to indulge a bit before my flight. It was a fantastic way to unwind!

The food selection covered all the bases. You'll find a nice variety of baked goods, popular Korean snacks like Tteokbokki, and a selection of cup noodles – both Korean and local Vietnamese varieties. While I often take night flights and try not to eat too much before sleeping on the plane, it's always nice to have options. I ended up grazing on a bit of everything!
4. My Personal Experience and Review

The biggest advantage, in my opinion, was how wonderfully quiet and uncrowded it was. It seems most travelers are still defaulting to the familiar Orchid Lounge, leaving the Vanda Lounge feeling almost empty when I arrived. This meant I could easily pick any seat I wanted and enjoy the food and facilities without any rush or crowds.
The lounge isn't enormous, but its size wasn't an issue at all given the low number of people. While it might get busier as more travelers discover it, even now, most online reviews still focus on the Orchid Lounge. This suggests that the Vanda Lounge could maintain its peaceful ambiance for quite a while.
Oh, and a heads-up: there are shower facilities available! I didn't realize it at the time and missed getting photos. With how quiet it was, I imagine there wouldn't be much of a wait. Definitely something I'll check out and photograph on my next trip to Da Nang!
The Banda Lounge is located opposite Gate 4, where the Orchid Lounge 2 used to be. The entrance fee is $27, and you can also enter using a Priority Pass (PP) card or The Lounge app.
Yes, the lounge is equipped with shower rooms and massage chairs. There is also a space with a printer and seats arranged like business class, allowing you to relax comfortably before boarding.
They offer baked goods and tteokbokki, as well as Korean cup noodles and local Vietnamese noodles. The menu is perfect for a light meal or snack before taking a night flight.
