Are you wondering whether to include the Da Nang Son Tra Night Market

in your evening itinerary?

After exploring it myself, I found that rather than making a special trip just for the market,

it's a great night market to casually explore when you have an evening plan around the Dragon Bridge.

The Son Tra Night Market is Da Nang's night market,

located near the eastern end of the Dragon Bridge.

Its Vietnamese name is Chợ Đêm Sơn Trà,

and you can search for it in English as Son Tra Night Market.

Unlike Han Market, which operates from day to night, Son Tra Night Market

is a night market you can explore in the evening.

It's located close to the east side of the Dragon Bridge, making it ideal to combine with other evening plans nearby, such as the Love Bridge and the Carp-Dragon Statue.

When I visited, it was quite crowded. The aisles between the stalls felt narrow due to the bustling crowd, so

instead of leisurely browsing every single stall,

I just took a quick look around.

As I ventured deeper into the market,

I found a continuous stretch of food stalls and shopping booths.

There were also stalls selling fresh fruit and Roti.

In front of the food stalls, there were tables and chairs set up,

providing a space to sit and enjoy your meal.

I had already eaten dinner before visiting,

so I didn't buy any food there.

If you want to fully experience the night market's culinary delights,

I think it's a good idea to visit before dinner.

At the shopping stalls,

you can find items like dresses, patterned shirts, and shoes.

If you've already visited Han Market during the day,

adding Son Tra Night Market just for shopping

might not be essential.

Instead, if you want to experience the food and

the bustling night market atmosphere,

or if you plan to spend your evening around Dragon Bridge,

it's definitely worth checking out.
