When you're exploring Da Nang, Vietnam, making sure you get your daily dose of fresh fruit is an absolute must!

True, you can easily find affordable fruit everywhere in Da Nang – from hotel breakfasts to bustling night markets. But let's be honest, worrying about hygiene and the sheer hassle of prepping fruit can really put a damper on things. Wouldn't it be amazing if you could simply have perfectly prepped, ready-to-eat fruit delivered right to your accommodation, all set for you to enjoy with just a fork?

That's where Da Nang Mimi Fruits comes in! This fantastic specialty fruit shop in Da Nang, which I personally used and am thrilled to introduce today, is a real game-changer. Keep this tip in your back pocket, and you'll be hailed as the group's travel guru!
What's even better? They're the first fruit shop in Da Nang to offer excellent after-sales service, meaning exchanges and refunds are totally possible!
Da Nang Mimi Fruits Mok Sikdang Branch

I personally visited the Mimi Fruits Mok Sikdang branch during my trip.
Da Nang Mimi Fruits conveniently has two locations.
One is nestled near the city center, close to iconic spots like the Da Nang Pink Cathedral and Han Market. The other is the Mok Sikdang branch, perfectly situated near My Khe Beach and right next to the famous Mok Sikdang seafood restaurant.
So, simply head to whichever location is most convenient for you!

And here's a great tip: if you're getting delivery anywhere within Da Nang city, the delivery fee is the same, no matter which branch you order from – just ~$2!

Da Nang Mimi Fruits operates from 9 AM to 11 PM daily.
Imagine this: you arrive late in Da Nang, feeling a bit tired to head out. No problem! Just add their KakaoTalk channel, and you can place your order in Korean – it couldn't be easier. I've also heard that many savvy travelers enjoy getting their Da Nang fruit delivery right at the airport on their last day, savoring a final taste of paradise!
Da Nang Fruit Mimi Fruits Menu

For those unfamiliar with Vietnamese Dong, here's a handy trick to quickly estimate prices: just remove one zero and divide by two!
So, if premium mango is 90,000 VND, that's roughly ~$3, and premium apple mango at 110,000 VND would be around ~$4.

These prices are per pack of their fruit platter.

You can also indulge in 1-liter real mango, refreshing coconut, mango juice, mango coconut drinks, and even ice cream, all for approximately ~$1 to ~$3.

They even have a fantastic selection of dried fruits and nuts, which is perfect if you didn't get a chance to do much souvenir shopping. You can just have them delivered and take them home!
For a more budget-friendly and convenient option, they also offer a variety of delicious fruit cups!

Now, this is a bit of a tangent, but I actually brought a shower filter and shower head from Korea – and it's something I consider an absolute essential for any trip to Vietnam!

Even in top-tier hotels, you'll likely notice the filter turning noticeably dark after just a day of use.

They even sent me a photo of the receipt, confirming my order and showing the prepared fruit.

I was just tidying up my luggage in my hotel room when a KakaoTalk message with photos arrived a short while later.

I went down to the hotel lobby and stepped outside, and there was a driver waiting, wearing a pink vest.

I took the beautifully packaged fruit box back to my room.

These are the Premium Apple Mango and Sugar Apple (custard apple) I ordered. As a side note, durian is prohibited in most hotels. If you order durian, you'll need to enjoy it outside.

I was so satisfied because the fruit came perfectly pre-cut and ready to eat with the included fork, making it super clean and easy to enjoy with my child.
The price for these two packs was 200,000 VND, plus a 50,000 VND delivery fee, totaling 250,000 VND, which was approximately ~$9.
While it might be a bit more expensive than buying directly from the market, considering the convenience of having it prepped and delivered comfortably to your accommodation, along with the hygienic aspect, I felt it was a perfectly satisfying price.
Truth be told, fruits have seasons, so they can't be delicious all year round. Prices also vary depending on the season and weather.
That's why, before ordering, I made sure to ask them what fruits were most delicious at that particular time.
And what they recommended were Premium Apple Mango and Sugar Apple. They said these are especially delicious in September and October.
Mimi Fruits, the specialty fruit store in Da Nang that I used during my trip, was a fantastic spot to enjoy hygienic and convenient fruit.
The biggest advantage was definitely being able to simply order via KakaoTalk and receive it comfortably right at my hotel.
Not having to prepare the fruit myself meant we could enjoy it cleanly with my child, which was incredibly satisfying.
While the price might be a bit higher than at the market, it's definitely worth it when you consider the service and convenience.
If you're looking for fresh fruit in Da Nang, I highly recommend giving it a try.
I'll also be posting a review of Audrey Spa & Nail soon – you can even get a discount if you use both services!
