The boarding point was conveniently located right in front of the café where we had been. It was raining quite a bit that evening, and whether it was due to the weather or standard procedure, the staff were ready with pre-printed tickets, guiding everyone smoothly onto the boat. We settled into our seats on the second deck, ready for the adventure.

Throughout the cruise, there were various performances. Our seats were a bit tucked away, so we mostly enjoyed the view from behind the performers, which was still entertaining!

At first, it felt like our boat was the only one on the river, but after a little while, we realized there were dozens of other cruise boats around! Some had a lively, club-like atmosphere, while others were more serene and quiet. It takes passing two other bridges before the magnificent Dragon Bridge comes into view.

And there it was – the iconic Dragon Bridge! It was already illuminated in a dazzling array of colors, building up the excitement for what was to come.

Up close, the bridge is truly massive. Imagine how much grander it would look standing right beneath the dragon's head!

As the fire spewed, a thick cloud of smoke enveloped the area. We were truly glad we watched from the cruise boat; I imagine the smell would be quite strong if you were standing too close on the bridge!

Finally, as if to extinguish the flames, water began to spray from the dragon's mouth, signaling the grand finale of the show! It was quite a spectacle, and definitely a unique experience.

After the Dragon Bridge show concluded, we continued to soak in the beautiful night views of Da Nang as our cruise returned to the pier. It's definitely a show worth experiencing at least once!

Having spent the evening enjoying the cruise and the Dragon Bridge show, we were absolutely famished! Our stomachs grumbled, so we decided to order some Korean food for delivery. Normally, we try to stick to local cuisine when traveling abroad, but with my mother-in-law and our 3-year-old in tow, sometimes comfort food just calls!

We used the Baedal K app to place our order. We got some delicious mini kimbap, tuna kimbap, and kimchi stew from AMPM Choi Go Kimbap. A quick note on payment: while the app technically supports card payments, we found it impossible to register our card. We tried everything, searching online for solutions, but nothing worked. So, I highly recommend having cash ready for your order! On one occasion, we had to rush to the hotel lobby to exchange currency because we didn't have enough cash on hand.

(Interestingly, Grab's delivery service allowed instant card payment once our travel card was registered, which was super convenient.)

Even though it had only been a day since we last had Korean food, after a long day in the rain and exploring, it tasted absolutely incredible! The restaurant also provided so many generous side dishes. We couldn't finish everything, but it just goes to show — nothing beats good old Korean comfort food!
