Crumbl Cookies New York Review 2026: Menu, Prices & Ordering Guide

The Crumbl Cookies I absolutely had to try on my US trip

Finally got to try them in NYC! ♥️

Crumbl started in Utah, USA, in 2017,

and quickly gained buzz on TikTok and Instagram,

becoming a famous cookie brand among American teenagers.

Today, I'll be sharing my review of the Crumbl Upper West Side location in New York,

along with details on Crumbl's menu items, prices, and

even how to order at the kiosk!

01. New York Crumbl Cookie Menu Selection

One of Crumbl's biggest charms is

their weekly rotating cookie lineup.

These cookies are bigger than your average cookie,

and with many boasting elaborate cake-like toppings,

it's incredibly fun just to see the variety!

During my visit in December 2025,

the Crumbl cookie menu lineup included:

02. Crumbl Cookie Large & Mini Prices

While large cookies can be purchased individually,

mini cookies are available starting from a 3-pack.

If you want to try a variety of flavors,

a Mini 3-Pack is a great choice.

I wanted to sample different flavors, so

I went for the Mini 3-Pack.

03. Crumbl Cookie Flavors

Even the mini-sized Crumbl cookies

are quite substantial.

The large size is definitely even bigger.

First, let's dive into the mini-sized Crumbl cookies...

If you try it and like the taste, I recommend buying the large size!

As expected from an American cookie, the taste is really sweet...!

For texture, the outside is firm, and the inside is soft.

The thickness is chunkier than a regular cookie.

It's a cookie where you can also taste the cookie dough flavor.

If you're eating a cookie with a soft texture,

it might feel like slightly underbaked cookie dough!

​

Depending on the cookie type, it can be crispy, chewy,

or soft. The texture varies by menu item, hehe.

But overall, they are very sweet 🍪

The Oreo-flavored cookie was the sweetest and most memorable.

While on my trip to New York, I bought Crumbl Cookies as a snack

and took them into the American Museum of Natural History.

The museum is quite large, so I walked around a lot,

and after sitting down for a bit to eat a cookie as a snack, I felt alive again..

It was so sweet, I felt an immediate surge of energy ♥️

It's perfect to grab as a snack during your New York trip..!

04. How to Order at the New York Crumbl Kiosk

At New York Crumbl, you can order directly

via a kiosk.

​

Even if you're not comfortable with English,

it wasn't difficult because cookie pictures are displayed on the screen.

​

① Select Cookie Size and Quantity

​

First, choose your desired size between Large Desserts or Mini Desserts.

​

You can see the large and mini cookie sizes in the store itself,

which helps with your choice.

​

​

​

​

② Select Your Desired Cookie Flavor

​

Cookie images and names are displayed on the screen.

You just touch the cookie you want, and it's added to your box.

​

I chose the Mini 3-Pack.

③ Confirm Your Selections

​

Your three selected cookies will be displayed as if they're in a box,

and you can tap a cookie to change it if you wish.

④ Select Additional Options

Gift Wrap : Add gift wrapping $0.99

Upgrade to a Mini 6-Pack : Upgrade to a Mini 6-Pack

Add to Bag : Add to Bag

If you don't need gift wrapping,

you can proceed with your order without adding it.

Just click ADD TO BAG ▶ CHECK-OUT

to go straight to payment.

⑤ Payment Method

First, you'll **write down your name** as prompted by the staff, and then select your tip. Since this is a grab-and-go cookie shop, it's perfectly fine if you choose not to leave a tip.

⑥ Card Payment

For **card payments, simply press the CREDIT / DEBIT** button. Then, hold your contactless card to the white area shown in the photo, and your payment will be processed!

The Crumbl Cookies location I visited was the **Upper West Side branch in Manhattan, New York**!

**▪️ Business Hours**: Mon-Thu 8 AM - 10 PM

Fri-Sat 8 AM - 12 AM

**Closed on Sundays**

It's located near Columbus Avenue and 74th Street, and not far from Central Park, making it a perfect stop during your trip.

With the American Museum of Natural History nearby, I recommend grabbing some Crumbl Cookies as a snack and then heading over to the museum!
