While Da Nang Airport is quite close to the city center,
calling a Grab or taxi and waiting for it can sometimes feel like a hassle.
This is especially true for family trips where you're managing multiple people...
That's why the Cozy Da Nang Boutique Hotel's airport pickup service was an absolute lifesaver for us!

I initially sent a message via Agoda, but didn't receive a response.
However, when I sent an email, I got a quick reply.
We confirmed our flight details, names, arrival date, number of guests, and pickup location via email.
On the day of arrival, we were able to coordinate and meet the driver using KakaoTalk.
The fact that communication is possible in Korean was a huge plus!
We were picked up in a spacious car, allowing everyone and all our luggage to fit comfortably,
and since Da Nang city isn't far from the airport,
we arrived swiftly in around 15 minutes!
Even with a late-night arrival, being able to travel directly and comfortably
was a huge advantage for our family trip.
