Light Beauty operates on a Naver reservation system. It's already quite famous in Chuncheon for post-natal care and wedding diet programs, so I knew I was in good hands.

After booking and arriving, I was a bit surprised at first. I'd read other reviews mentioning a thermal dome treatment or a detailed consultation, but I was guided straight to the treatment room. I wondered if I'd missed something! 😅

Once in the treatment room, I changed, and the body care session began. The director immediately noticed my body's circulation was quite blocked. She explained that improving circulation was key before shaping the dress line beautifully.

Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, she provided a customized treatment focused on improving my overall circulation. It felt truly personalized and effective! 👍

After the body treatment, we moved on to my face. As the swelling in my body and face subsided, a noticeable asymmetry became apparent. To address this, the director used a unique massage technique involving her feet! I know, it sounds unusual, right?

But the foot-based technique was surprisingly refreshing and incredibly effective at targeting specific areas. It felt like every nook and cranny was being expertly worked on! Haha.

Pros & Cons

One major plus was that all the pricing is clearly listed on Naver, so I didn't have to awkwardly ask about costs. That's always a relief! 😊

And above all, the director's pressure and technique were incredible! She's quite petite, but her strength was astonishing. Throughout the entire session, my stiff body relaxed, and I felt thoroughly refreshed, right down to my core.

However, one minor drawback was the lack of initial explanation. I had expected a detailed body analysis or a thermal dome treatment based on other reviews, so a bit more pre-treatment information would have been appreciated!

Also, given the nature of the treatment, I was mostly undressed. A sub-director (or another staff member) occasionally entered the room to take photos, which made me feel a little self-conscious. While I understand it was likely part of the review process, I wished for a bit more privacy during such a vulnerable moment. 😳

Ultimately, this wedding care session was incredibly refreshing and satisfying! Can you see the clear difference in the before and after photos?

I highly recommend Chuncheon Light Beauty for anyone struggling with severe swelling due to poor circulation, or those looking for strong-pressure treatments to address both facial asymmetry and puffiness simultaneously.
