With the Chiikawa movie making waves, many travelers are heading to Japan to grab some exclusive merchandise.

It seems like everyone's going these days, doesn't it?

Nagoya Parco, in particular, isn't just home to Chiikawa Land, but also

dedicated merchandise shops and even themed food.

So, if you're a fan of Chiikawa (and its adorable gang),

Nagoya might just be the perfect destination for your next trip!

1. Nagoya Chiikawa Land Location

You'll find Nagoya Chiikawa Land

located inside Kiddy Land on the 3rd floor of Parco Department Store's East Wing.

Since Nagoya Parco is spread across multiple buildings,

you'll want to head for the East Wing (東館) first.

It's easily accessible from Yabacho Subway Station, and

you can even enjoy a pleasant walk from Sakae Station, with plenty of shopping along the way.

I'd personally recommend booking your Nagoya accommodation

in the Sakae area.

From Parco Department Store to Don Quijote,

and a plethora of other shopping malls and amazing eateries are all concentrated there,

making it perfect for an epic character merchandise shopping spree!

2. Do You Need a Reservation for Chiikawa Land?

When I visited in June, I was able to enter freely without any special reservations or

waiting numbers.

However, on days with new popular merchandise releases or

weekends, it can get quite crowded. Depending on your visit date,

a LINE pre-lottery reservation system might even be in place.

Keep in mind that free entry isn't always guaranteed, so

before you visit, make sure to check the official website

to confirm the entry method for your planned date.

Especially if there's a particular keychain or plushie you have your heart set on,

be sure to check the stock availability and any purchase quantity limits.

Even if you manage to enter the store,

your desired merchandise might already be sold out.

3. Types of Chiikawa Keychains, Plushies & Merchandise

What truly captured my attention at Chiikawa Land was, of course,

the adorable plushie keychains.

From Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi —

the main characters, of course,

to Momonga, Shisa, Kurimanju, and Rakko,

there was an incredible variety of characters!

And it wasn't just plushies; daily essentials were abundant too!

Think T-shirts, pouches, handkerchiefs, cups, lunchboxes,

and even snacks – the sheer variety was incredible.

Especially the handkerchiefs featuring embroidered characters

were perfectly compact, making them fantastic, super cute souvenirs for your Japan trip!

And look, there's even a fun stamp zone here!

4. Nagoya Chiikawa Shopping Course Recommendation

But if you're planning a trip to Nagoya right now, here's a perfect tip:

eateries are gathered inside Parco Department Store,

making it a fantastic one-day shopping itinerary!

The cafe operates on a priority reservation basis,

so I recommend checking reservation availability before you visit.

*The Chiikawa Ramen Buta Nagoya branch closed on 10/4.
