Chiang Mai boasts a variety of budget-friendly accommodations,

and among them, the place I chose was "Arte House."

Arte House is an accommodation operated by

Arte Cafe, a famous cafe in Chiang Mai.

Since I wasn't planning on swimming at my Chiang Mai accommodation,

I was looking for a beautiful place even without a pool, and I found this gem.

To cut to the chase, I was absolutely, totally satisfied!

📌 I'll share detailed booking methods and my review with you :D

Booking Arte House

When I booked, there weren't many rooms left,

and between Agoda and Yeogieottae,

booking on Agoda was the cheapest,

so I booked through Agoda!

Arte House offers a total of two rooms for booking.

Among them, the more popular one is the left room 👉 the Deluxe Room (with Balcony).

It has windows not only above the bed but also on one side of the room,

allowing you to enjoy the lush window view even better, which is why this room

gets booked up quickly!

When I booked, only the Deluxe Room with Balcony (right side) was available, so that's what I reserved *.*

[Search for 1 night, Nov 3rd - 4th]

The remaining room is the highly popular Deluxe Room (with Balcony)!​

You can expect Arte House to be around the low ~$70s per night. -

Since they operate a cafe on the first floor and rooms on the second,

they only accept two bookings per day, which means that on your desired dates,

rooms are often unavailable.

When I searched for October and November, many dates were fully booked,

though it seemed like there were a few rooms left on weekdays in October.

So, if there's a room available for your travel dates?

🌟 You absolutely need to book it then and there! 🌟

Most importantly, the owner is incredibly kind...

Like, "Are they really this welcoming?!"

They greet you with the brightest smiles ㅠㅠ

I stayed at Arte for my last night,

and since I needed to use the Airpottel service to store my luggage at the accommodation, I inquired beforehand!

Agoda replied right away and was so cooperative, I was incredibly grateful.

Arte House Check-in

Arte House ✔️ Check-in time is 2:00 PM!

We arrived around 1 PM, and they gave us welcome water

and explained everything about using the accommodation!

What really surprised me was

that breakfast was included in the room price!

The room had already undergone its first cleaning,

so they showed us the room and explained everything in detail.

The rooms are on the second floor, and the staff even carried all our luggage up for us.

So incredibly kind.....

Best of all, the room is absolutely gorgeous ㅠㅠ

There's also a spacious terrace outside the room, and from the charming atmosphere to

the trees peeking through the window, everything is just so pretty..

This is the terrace!! It's actually much bigger than it looks.

The weather was cloudy, so my photos didn't turn out as pretty,

so I didn't take many ㅎㅎ

But if the sun is out, I highly recommend sitting there and taking photos!

If even the Deluxe Room with Balcony is this beautiful,

I can only imagine how lovely the Deluxe Room (with Balcony), with its window view as the highlight, must be!

And what I really loved was how much water they provided.

What impressed me with their thoughtfulness was that they prepared two types of water: cold water in the fridge and lukewarm water at room temperature. How considerate is that?

The bathroom was also spacious, so there was absolutely no inconvenience in using it.

They provided plenty of towels, both large and small, and there was a hairdryer, shampoo, and body wash – everything you need! *,*

There's also a small table next to the bed, which was super convenient for placing luggage.

But most importantly, Netflix is available here!!!!!!!!!!

Since Korean subtitles are also supported, coming back in the evening and relaxing with Netflix was pure bliss!

Arte House Breakfast Review

✅ Breakfast available from 8:30 AM

You can choose any brunch item from the menu.

✅ For drinks, you can choose between coffee and orange juice.

However, coffee is served after 9:00 AM, which is the cafe's opening time!

I still ordered coffee, though.

And you could choose between acidic or non-acidic beans!

Personally, the dark, non-acidic beans were absolutely delicious....

One of the best things about staying at Arte House is getting to explore the tranquil Arte Cafe when no one else is around – it felt like I had the whole place to myself! Haha!

They said the popular dishes were the Arte Breakfast (plate) and the Mushroom Sandwich, but...

I went for the Mushroom Sandwich Croque Monsieur instead, haha!

It was quite hearty and generous in portion, perfect for breakfast!

While others pay for it, we get to enjoy it for free... and coffee too...!

I thought, since I came all the way to Chiang Mai, why not stay in a beautiful accommodation!

So I booked Arte House, and I was absolutely, completely satisfied.

I'm not a big fan of swimming, so I usually avoid places with pools,

but if you want to stay somewhere beautiful, definitely add Arte House to your list! *.*
