I'm going to share my honest insights

based on my personal stays.

compared to the Han Market area,

boasts nearly half-price dining costs

and is brimming with charming cafes and restaurants.

For breakfast, we had a meal for two, including drinks,

and it only cost ~$6... amazing, right? Haha!

Why An Thuong, you ask?

There's a good reason I chose An Thuong Street

for my accommodation.

Compared to the Han Market area,

the dining prices are half off!

A single meal won't cost you more than ~$4.

With so many stylish cafes

and exotic restaurants,

it truly captures that vibrant Southeast Asian vibe.

Add to that accommodation around ~$29,

and the value for money is incredibly appealing!

After visiting Da Nang multiple times,

I find myself always gravitating back to An Thuong.

The Location is Simply unbeatable!

The absolute best thing about this hotel is its location.

Just a 1-2 minute walk from your room,

and you'll find amazing My Khe Beach eateries

so plentiful you could practically trip over them!

There's a convenience store right across the street,

and within a 5-10 minute walk,

you'll find several K-Marts,

where you can even grab Korean favorites like Samdasoo bottled water or Shin Ramyun!

The joy of choosing a new restaurant or cafe every morning

meant I didn't miss having breakfast at the hotel at all.

A Banh Mi and a cup of coffee

quickly became my perfect breakfast!

Let's Talk About the Room!

At around ~$29 per night,

I didn't have high expectations,

but it was surprisingly good!

I requested a twin bed,

and they happily accommodated it!

The yellow interior

really gives it an international vibe.

Plus, they clean meticulously every day!

Even though I booked the most basic and cheapest room,

the room is surprisingly spacious! Ha ha!

There's also a snack zone with chargeable items,

but since there are so many supermarkets and convenience stores nearby,

I never had to touch it!

And check out the bathroom – the cleaning

is absolutely impeccable~!

I didn't even expect basic amenities,

but they had everything ready for us~!

For ~$29 a night, isn't that just incredible value...?

With a 24-hour reception,

you can arrive late at night without a worry.

Though not as incredibly friendly

as a 5-star hotel,

they granted all our requests,

and the cleaning was spotless.

With a small table and chair in the room,

it was great to come back from shopping

and order in some delicious food.

Here are some must-know tips!

Two golden tips I picked up

during my stay.

Some reviews occasionally mention it being humid,

but if you turn on the ceiling fan

along with the air conditioner,

it's not humid at all.

Turn on the ceiling fan first thing when you arrive!

Regarding bottled water,

the blue-capped one is complimentary,

while the green-capped Dasani

in the fridge is chargeable.

I'm a bit sensitive about water,

so I bought Samdasoo from a nearby K-Mart to drink,

and used the complimentary bottled water for brushing my teeth!

Cup noodles and snacks are also chargeable,

but with so many convenience stores and supermarkets around,

there's no need to pay for them inside the room.

The convent view is lovely!

The city view is actually a convent view,

and since the convent side is quiet,

if you prefer peace and quiet,

this room type is perfect.

were surprisingly beautiful,

so getting this room assignment was a stroke of genius!

Perfect even for a 0.5-night stay!

This accommodation

is also fantastic for a 0.5-night stay.

In Da Nang, travelers often

arrive in the early hours on a late-night flight,

or depart on an early morning flight, you know.

When that's the case,

instead of a pricey hotel,

ordering some delicious delivery

from Charming Beauty for around ~$29,

taking a refreshing shower, and then heading to the airport,

it's absolutely perfect!

Whether you arrive in the wee hours or it's your departure day,

as a 'half-night' stay,

you won't find better value for money.

We even added an extra night on our last day,

enjoyed some delivery, showered, and then went to the airport!

It was a total lifesaver, seriously! lol

The location is fantastic, so delivery fees are less than ~$1,

and you can get to the airport in just 15 minutes by Grab... amazing!

If you find it a bit humid,

definitely switch on the ceiling fan – it makes a huge difference!

If resort-level service or a gourmet breakfast is your top priority,

another accommodation might suit your needs better.

The pool might be on the smaller side, but the view from there was absolutely stunning!
