Bep Cuon is located about 5 to 10 minutes away from My Khe Beach,
making it super convenient to access.
Even if you're staying a bit farther, no worries!
You can easily and affordably get there using a Grab taxi!
This spot boasts a 4.8 Google rating
with over 6,000 reviews,
proving just how famous this local Da Nang restaurant really is.

Because it's highly popular with travelers, including many from Korea,
our family decided to reserve ahead
by making a reservation via KakaoTalk before our visit.

Though the restaurant is spacious and tables turn over quickly,
it's so popular that there might be a wait.
I highly recommend booking a table before you go!
2. Exterior & Interior Vibes

Bep Cuon, the famous gem near My Khe Beach!
With breezy outdoor seating and air-conditioned indoor tables,
the restaurant feels super spacious and refreshing.
The vibrant yellow hues typical of classic Vietnamese architecture
really stood out!
It perfectly captures the cozy feel of a traditional Vietnamese home
while incorporating stylish, modern touches,
which was absolutely beautiful.
The open kitchen lets you see the chefs cooking
completely in the open,
and seeing how clean everything was gave me 100% confidence in ordering.
3. Menu

At Bep Cuon,
you can try all of Vietnam's iconic dishes like
They had a wide variety of menu items,
including banh xeo, bun cha, and pho.

Prices range from about 50,000 to 200,000 VND,
meaning you can enjoy amazing, delicious food
at incredibly budget-friendly prices.
(Around ~$2 - ~$6)

There’s a great selection of fresh juices,
but my personal favorites were definitely
the passion fruit juice and the lemon juice.
Passion Fruit Juice: 39,000 VND (~$1)
Lemon Juice: 35,000 VND (~$1)
So sweet and refreshing!
They also have other fresh fruit juices like
watermelon, tomato, coconut, and orange,
so you can choose whatever fits your craving!
4. Da Nang's Best Banh Xeo Hotspot

Beef Banh Xeo 99,000 VND
~$3
We just had to try Bếp Cuốn's absolute signature menu item,
the Banh Xeo.
Living up to its reputation as the ultimate Da Nang Banh Xeo hotspot,
it felt like every single table had ordered one.
Banh Xeo is a Vietnamese savory crepe
made from a thin, crispy batter,
stuffed and served alongside fresh greens and herbs.
Interestingly, Bếp Cuốn served it with kimchi!
The combination of spicy kimchi, crispy crepe,
and tangy, sweet nuoc mam sauce was truly unforgettable.
It came pre-cut into six pieces,
making it super easy and convenient
to share around the table.
5. Da Nang's Best Bun Cha Destination

Bun Cha 125,000 VND
~$4
Bun Cha was just as popular as the Banh Xeo.
After all, you can't come to Vietnam without eating Bun Cha!
Since Bếp Cuốn is frequently recommended
as a must-try Bun Cha restaurant in Da Nang,
we made sure to add it to our order.
The grilled pork is the heart and soul of Bun Cha, and
Bếp Cuốn's version is bursting with charcoal flavor
and incredibly juicy. Even just eating the meat alone
was absolutely delicious.
If you visit Bếp Cuốn in Da Nang,
I highly, highly recommend ordering
both the Bun Cha and Banh Xeo!
6. Seafood Mango Salad

Seafood Mango Salad 135,000 VND
~$4
This seafood mango salad
reminded me so much of papaya salad (Som Tum)!
My mom absolutely loved it.
The sweet mango perfectly cuts through
the spicy kick of the dish,
making it the perfect appetizer
or palate cleanser between dishes.
Just like kimchi!
7. Garlic Butter Shrimp + Fried Bread

Butter Garlic Shrimp & Fried Bread 249,000 VND
~$8
I still can't forget Bếp Cuốn's Butter Garlic Shrimp.
The combination of that rich butter sauce and fried bread
is absolutely heavenly.

And the best part? The staff peels the shrimp right at your table,
so you can enjoy it completely hassle-free!
The rich, savory goodness of the golden sauce
paired perfectly with the fresh shrimp.
I honestly still dream about that sauce...!
7. Abalone Mushroom Fries & Spring Rolls
Bếp Cuốn has such an incredibly diverse menu...
Looking back at these photos, we really ate a ton..!

Deep-fried Mushrooms with Abalone & Sesame Sauce (Large)
49,000 VND
~$2
My favorite dish after the Bun Cha and Banh Xeo
was definitely these deep-fried mushrooms.
They would pair beautifully with a cold beer!
Getting abalone at this price point means
this is an absolute must-order!

Shrimp & Pork Spring Rolls
109,000 VND
~$3
We also ordered these gorgeous, beautifully presented spring rolls.
When dipped in the sweet chili sauce,
they were incredibly crispy on the outside and wonderfully juicy on the inside.
Having whole shrimp inside
gave them such a satisfying bite.
8. Wrapping Up
Today, I shared my experience at Da Nang's local gem,
Bếp Cuốn.
True to its reputation as a must-visit Banh Xeo spot,
the Banh Xeo was absolutely amazing,
and other dishes like the Bun Cha and Butter Garlic Shrimp
did not disappoint at all.
The overall menu is filled with flavors
that appeal to everyone without being polarizing,
which is probably why it's so popular
with both locals and travelers alike.
It's clean, the staff is super friendly,
and they even have multilingual menus,
making it a great spot to visit with family, kids, or friends!
In my next post, I'll be sharing
