Ticket Prices

While you can purchase tickets at the gate,
booking in advance saves you time waiting in line
and allows for seamless entry by simply showing your QR code.
Currently, Klook offers the best deal for Ba Na Hills tickets at ~$34,
compared to other sites which often charge around ~$36.
This price includes a round-trip cable car ride. Depending on your preference,
you can purchase a standard admission ticket, or choose packages that include
shuttle bus transfers, private pickup, or even lunch/dinner buffets.
There are plenty of options to suit your travel style!
Grab & Shuttle Bus Options

I opted for a package that included both the admission ticket and round-trip shuttle bus,
so I arrived with other travelers on a comfortable bus.
There were about four pickup locations, and the journey took approximately 45 minutes.
If you prefer a private and personalized ride from your desired location,
you can book an admission ticket with a private car transfer, or simply use Grab!

A one-way Grab ride from Da Nang city center to Ba Na Hills typically ranges from
350,000 VND to 500,000 VND (roughly ~$15 to ~$22).
Keep in mind that prices can vary based on the vehicle type and traffic conditions.
You might even get a better deal by negotiating a round-trip fare with the driver upfront,
including their waiting time.
My Custom Ba Na Hills Map

This image is a map of Ba Na Hills that I have personally translated and re-arranged.
Feel free to screenshot it for your personal use, but modification or redistribution is strictly prohibited!
Popular attractions are marked in red lettering, and I've also included the cable car operating hours by route.
However, please note that cable car schedules can change due to local circumstances.
In fact, many visitors have reported not being able to take the Hoi An - Marseille Station cable car after 4:00 PM, so keep that in mind!

Here's my recommended route after entering:
1. From the entrance, board the cable car at Hoi An Station and alight at Marseille Station.
2. After visiting the Golden Bridge, Flower Garden, and other attractions,
board at Bordeaux Station and travel to the peak at Louvre Station.
3. After exploring Fantasy Park, the French Village, and more,
board at L'Indochine Station and alight at Toc Tien Station.
This itinerary allows you to hit most of the popular spots, from the Golden Bridge to the amusement rides.
The Ba Na Hills Cable Car

The Ba Na Hills cable car holds a Guinness World Record as the second-longest non-stop single-track cable car in the world!
The ride itself is quite long, averaging 15 to 20 minutes.
And it's incredibly high! As someone with a fear of heights, I really didn't want to ride it...
But since Ba Na Hills Theme Park is perched at an elevation of 4,879 feet (1,487 meters),
there's simply no other way to explore the mountaintop attractions. It's a necessary thrill!
The Iconic Golden Bridge

The signature attraction of Ba Na Hills Theme Park: the Golden Bridge!
With its unique design, appearing as if two massive stone hands are holding up the bridge,
walking across it feels like strolling through the clouds.

See how crowded it is? As a world-renowned photo spot,
it's always bustling with tourists. Your best bet is to make it your first stop
or aim for an early morning visit.
Also, due to the high altitude, many of my photos taken on the bridge were shrouded in mist.

However, the weather can change rapidly from foggy to clear, so keep snapping photos from various angles!
Fantasy Park Amusement Area

This is Fantasy Park, the indoor amusement area!
Beyond thrilling rides like roller coasters and a 4D cinema, it also offers a variety of shows and entertainment programs,
making it a particular favorite among families with kids.
They even have live performances like this!
The Charming French Village

Step into the French Village, bursting with medieval European charm!
The European-style architecture, charming alleyways, and plazas were so beautiful, it felt like stepping into a fairytale,
making it easy to forget you're still in Vietnam.

There are so many fantastic photo opportunities here, so wander around and capture plenty of memories!
Enjoy a Free Beer!

Inside the French Village, you'll find 'Bana Brew House,' a beer restaurant where you can
use the beer coupon included with your admission ticket to enjoy a complimentary beer tasting!

The beer was incredibly refreshing and delicious, and with live music playing above,
the atmosphere was simply perfect.

After taking the cable car back down, I caught the same shuttle bus I arrived on to return to my hotel.
It was great not having to worry about calling a driver or waiting.
By the way, exploring all these attractions took me about 5 hours.
Ba Na Hills is an incredible destination, perfect for family trips with kids, too!
I highly recommend adding it to your Da Nang itinerary for 2026!
