here's my review of flying Asiana Airlines flight OZ3355 (A321-200) from Gimpo Airport!
With a flight time of approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes,
even though travel to Shanghai has recently seen a huge surge in popularity,
Beijing is also quite close, making it one of those routes you can tackle without any fuss.

This time, the aircraft was an ✅️ Airbus A321-200.
Asiana Airlines primarily operates this model from Gimpo, and it's reportedly designed for short-haul routes around 2 hours.
And today, we'll effortlessly glide past Business Class...
Economy Seating and Pitch
The economy seat arrangement was ✅️ a 3-3 configuration!
✅️ The seat pitch was quite generous!
And since it was a model equipped with a ✅️ display screen for entertainment, my impression instantly went up +1!
For this flight, I had to put most of my belongings in the overhead bin
and it was an exit row seat where I had to use a robotic arm display for entertainment.
While it was a bit inconvenient on longer routes over 10 hours in the past,
for a 2-hour route, I used it without any major discomfort!
In-flight Meal: Served once
The in-flight meal was served once,
and on this day, the menu included ✔️ a cheese salad with olive oil, bread and butter, fruit,
and a dish of 'Seafood with Tomato Sauce and Potatoes'.
The tomato sauce had pepper added to it, making it less greasy,
and with generous portions of seafood like scallops, squid, and shrimp, it was a surprisingly filling meal!
Arrival | Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal 3
After flying for about 2 hours and 10 minutes, occasionally meeting eyes with the flight attendant seated across from me, we arrived at Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal 3!
As I briefly mentioned above, Beijing Capital Airport is incredibly vast,
so foreign airlines often get assigned gates that are quite far away,
meaning you have to take a tram to reach immigration and the baggage claim area.
If you prefer gates closer to boarding or disembarkation, I recommend using a local Chinese airline!
✔️ Mandatory to fill out an arrival card when entering China (for visa-free stays): This must be completed regardless of the health declaration (which is optional)!
You can complete the electronic arrival card in advance.
