1. Recommended Restaurant Location During Your Dublin Day Tour
During our Wild Wicklow Tour, we made a stop for lunch. While it might have been the only option on the itinerary, I'm happy to report that the restaurant was genuinely good, so I'm calling it a recommendation!

It might sound a bit funny, but from the outside, the place absolutely exuded that classic Dublin pub charm. With its striking red walls and an undeniably old-world ambiance, it felt perfectly Irish.
2. Inside Lynham's Restaurant During the Dublin Countryside Tour
Stepping inside, I was greeted by a fascinating mix of traditional architecture and some surprisingly modern elements, including what looked like a contemporary robot!

I could easily imagine myself grabbing a drink at that bar and feeling like the protagonist of a classic film.
The interior was quite spacious, comfortably accommodating all the tour participants. Of course, dining wasn't compulsory, so some folks chose to use the time for other activities.

The space was beautifully decorated with various interesting items, making it a truly pleasant environment.

3. My Lunch Review on the Dublin Countryside Tour
I opened the menu, and the first thing that struck me was the unique, old-fashioned typeface used for the listings.

The menu featured sandwich options, much like a typical lunch special, alongside a selection of main dishes. Even the lunch items, priced around £12 (approximately ~$16), weren't what I'd call cheap eats.

I chose the pork ribs, which cost £18.50 (approximately ~$23). They were flavorful, though some parts were a bit chewy, and it was quite a large portion for a single diner.

The sauce was perfectly balanced, neither too salty nor too sweet, making it very enjoyable. And the fries? Absolutely fantastic! It was a satisfying meal that left me comfortably full.

Since I was traveling solo, it was a great opportunity to join other tour members for a meal and some friendly conversation.
While you have the option to skip lunch on the tour, if you do decide to eat, you'll likely find yourself at Lynham's. I recommend taking a moment to browse the menu before making your selection.
