operated by Japan's Digital Agency.
Instead of filling out physical immigration and customs declaration forms on the plane,
you can register them online in advance. Then, with just one QR code,
you can easily complete your immigration and customs procedures.

and you won't be denied entry if you don't register.

How to Add a Schedule
📌 Please proceed after accessing the official website.
① Log in by entering your email and password
② Select New Registration for Entry/Return → Register without quoting existing information
③ Enter Basic Travel Information
Enter your trip name, expected arrival date in Japan, airline name, flight number, and departure point.
💡 For the trip name, I recommend saving it in a region-date format for easy recognition. Example: Fukuoka-26.03
④ Your Japanese Contact Info (Accommodation Details)
Provide your place of stay and a contactable phone number in Japan (like your hotel's number).
💡 Pro-tip: Enter the postal code and the address will auto-fill!
Once everything is entered, your registered itinerary will appear on the screen.
Click 'Register Scheduled Itinerary' to complete adding your schedule!
Immigration & Customs Declaration
① Click on 'Immigration & Return Procedures'
② For Immigration and Customs Declaration, select 'Display as QR Code'
③ Register Your Basic Information
Your occupation, current address (country), current address (city), and arrival date.
Your flight number and departure point will be automatically pulled from the information you already entered. So convenient!
④ Enter Your Japanese Contact Info (Place of Stay)
Postal code, prefecture, city/district/town/village name, and the rest of the address.
Enter your place of stay/hotel name and phone number.
⑤ Enter Your Entry Information
Enter your purpose of visit (e.g., tourism), length of stay, then answer the security questions.
⑥ Declare Your Accompanied & Unaccompanied Baggage
Once registration is complete, click 'Display QR Code' and you'll be able to see it.
