Universal Studios Singapore, located on Sentosa Island.

However, with so many ticket types for Universal Studios Singapore,

it can be confusing to know which one to book. And with such a wide

variety of attractions, you might be wondering which ones are

thrilling or simply fun!

Today, for first-time visitors, I'll guide you through everything from

ticket types and how to book them affordably to

recommended attractions, all in one go!

Universal Studios Singapore Ticket Types

First, let's dive into the ticket types that often

confuse many visitors.

Below, I've summarized the four main ticket types

in a simple table.

The 1-Day Ticket is your essential entry ticket to

Universal Studios Singapore.

During off-peak seasons, it's around ~$66, and in peak seasons, it's around ~$73,

making it quite a good value for the price.

You can easily book your tickets through Klook, an official vendor.

It's a highly recommended booking platform because once you select your entry date

and make a reservation, there are no additional pre-visit steps required.

Next up, there's also a Combo Ticket that allows you to book the studio's 1-Day Ticket,

along with admission to the S.E.A. Aquarium and

Adventure Cove Waterpark.

This ticket offers affordable access to three of Sentosa's major attractions,

making it highly recommended for those planning an overnight stay on Sentosa.

Separate from the 1-Day Ticket, there's also an optional USS ticket called the

Express Pass.

This ticket significantly reduces your wait time for attractions,

getting you on rides much faster.

Prices can vary, ranging from around ~$66 in off-peak seasons to as much as ~$102

in super peak seasons.

However, this ticket offers incredible value because it can be used for almost all attractions at USS.

Getting to Universal Studios Singapore

Universal Studios Singapore is nestled on Sentosa Island, a little bit away from the bustling city center,

so you might be wondering about the best way to get there.

Getting there is actually much simpler than you might expect!

From VivoCity Station at HarbourFront,

just hop on the Sentosa Express, and you'll be there in a quick 6 minutes!

Just head up to the 3rd floor of the VivoCity building

to find the Sentosa Express boarding area. Once you're up there, the signage is excellent,

so you'll have no trouble finding your way to board.

After boarding, it's just one stop to Resorts World Station,

and from there, a pleasant 5-minute walk will lead you right to the entrance of Universal Studios!

A quick tip: USS operating hours are typically from 10 AM

to 6 PM (or 8 PM on days with a parade),

and if you're hoping to make the most of your day,

I definitely recommend arriving right at opening time!

Let me share my top recommended attractions to help you plan!

1. Minion Mayhem (Minion Land)

First up is an amazing attraction located within Minion Land,

called Minion Mayhem.

This attraction boasts a fun storyline where you get to become a Minion and participate in an experiment!

Your seats move in perfect sync with the massive screen,

making you feel like you're truly bouncing around just like a Minion – it's an absolute blast!

Beyond Minion Mayhem, Minion Land also offers attractions like Silly Swirly, where you soar through the air in spinning baskets,

and the Buggy Boogie carousel, where you can ride on your favorite Minion characters.

These are all fun rides that everyone, from kids to adults, can enjoy without any pressure,

so I definitely recommend giving them a try!

2. Canopy Flyer

Next up is the Canopy Flyer,

a thrilling rollercoaster-style attraction where you hang suspended from a chair, with your feet dangling free, as you "fly" high above the park.

This ride offers a gentle rush of speed and the exhilarating sensation of soaring through the sky, so it's not too intense and incredibly fun!

(It's even gentle enough for children to enjoy!)

3. Puss In Boots Giant Journey

Our third recommendation is an adventure-filled attraction themed after the beloved Puss in Boots.

This is the roller coaster located in the Far Far Away zone.

With vehicles suspended beneath the track,

you'll ascend a giant beanstalk to great heights before zooming along an aerial track,

enjoying a thrilling sense of speed and a few gentle drops.

It's gentle enough for young children to enjoy,

so even if you're not usually a fan of thrill rides, this is a great one to try!

4. Treasure Hunter

Next up, our fourth adventure is Treasure Hunter, an attraction where you hop into a jeep

and explore an exciting excavation site!

With detailed base camps, ancient ruins, and even lifelike wild animals brought to life,

there's plenty to feast your eyes on.

Plus, you get that immersive feeling of actually driving the jeep yourself as you hold the steering wheel!

Unlike the attractions we mentioned before, this one isn't about extreme thrills or high speeds.

Instead, it’s a perfect, gentle ride to enjoy with younger children.

5. Battlestar Galactica

Our final, fifth attraction is Battlestar Galactica,

known as the fastest and most thrilling ride at USS!

It's a spectacular dueling roller coaster where two distinct tracks,

'Human' (a smoother course) and 'Cylon' (a more thrilling course), intertwine and operate simultaneously!

The Cylon track, in particular, will have your feet dangling in the air,

with intense inversions that flip you multiple times, delivering an absolutely electrifying thrill!

If you're a fan of fast-paced, high-thrill roller coasters,

this is an absolute must-try attraction!
