The first menu item we ordered was the Ajitama Chashumen.

From the moment I saw it, I knew it was an unbeatable combination.

The presentation was simply stunning.

Generous portions of tender, large chashu pork belly were piled on top,

and with the perfectly cooked, moist ajitama (marinated egg),

it made for quite a hearty bowl.

The broth was a rich and hearty Tonkotsu style,

so if you love deep, flavorful ramen, you'll surely be satisfied.

The noodles and broth harmonized beautifully,

and wrapping the noodles with a slice of chashu,

really brought out a savory richness.

Adding a touch of black pepper further enhanced the flavor,

and I found it even more delicious that way.
