As a travel blogger, I've spent years comparing various platforms to find the cheapest flights, which usually make up the largest portion of my travel budget.

Fukuoka Flight and Hotel Booked with Trip.com

My recent Fukuoka trip coincided with a Japanese holiday peak season, so prices were quite steep.

I booked round-trip flights for three people for about ~$518, and the total accommodation, including a ryokan, came to roughly ~$1258.

One of the hotels, Mitsui Garden Hotel Fukuoka Nakasu, was particularly great for traveling with a child.

First, its excellent location made getting around during the trip super convenient.

When traveling with a child, having a comfortable place to wash up and relax in the hotel is surprisingly important.

This hotel had a public bath (onsen), so after a long day of exploring, soaking in the hot spring was incredibly refreshing.

Even then, after booking my flights, I got a really good deal on the hotel through Trip.com's exclusive discounts.

Although it was still about ~$370 due to the peak season, similar rooms on other platforms were in the mid-~$481 range, so I saved around ~$44 per night.

As you can see, Trip.com is a fantastic platform for booking both flights and hotels.
