My Italian adventure recently began with Trinity Air, flying on their impressive Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
For the outbound journey, I opted for Premium Economy, but the return trip was a splurge on Business Class. Let me tell you, the 180-degree flatbed seat was incredibly comfortable – far exceeding my expectations!
Incheon Airport Check-in Counter

I flew with Trinity Air back when it was still known as T'way. While the airline has rebranded, the core experience hasn't changed much, except for a significant upgrade in the in-flight meals and beverage selection.
My round-trip ticket from Incheon to Rome, including 50 lbs of checked baggage, cost approximately ~$890. I managed to get this through a special membership upgrade program, which has since ended. For comparison, a one-way Business Class ticket on the same date was priced at around ~$898.

Trinity Air now has its own dedicated check-in counter at Incheon Airport Terminal 1, Counter A, in what used to be Asiana Airlines' spot. Business Class passengers can enjoy a relaxed and exclusive check-in process in this dedicated area.
Business Class Seat Review

The cabin features a comfortable 1-2-1 configuration, meaning there's one seat by each window and two in the center. This setup provides direct aisle access for everyone, so you'll never have to disturb your neighbor!

One of the perks of Business Class is having two windows all to yourself! However, it's worth noting that while there's a monitor in front of each seat, it's quite basic. You won't find movies or TV shows to watch; it only allows for calling a flight attendant and adjusting the lighting.

You'll find convenient storage compartments for small items, plus a side pocket. These are perfect for keeping frequently used items within arm's reach during your flight.
Just remember that items cannot be placed on the lower shelf during takeoff, landing, or taxiing!

In front of you is a footrest area. Even when seated upright, there's ample legroom, and when the seat is fully reclined, it extends forward, allowing you to stretch out completely.

Each seat comes equipped with a pillow, blanket, slippers, and a bottle of water. Inside a small pouch, you'll find an eye mask, toothbrush, toothpaste, and even a face mask!
While it's not the most luxurious amenity kit, it certainly provides all the essential comforts for a long-haul flight.

The best part of Business Class? Being able to lie down completely flat! I found the full 180-degree recline a little too flat for my preference, so I slightly adjusted the backrest for optimal comfort.
I usually struggle to sleep deeply on planes, but this was my first time flying Business Class, and I managed to get a solid 9 hours of sleep! It was incredibly comfortable, and the cabin noise was barely noticeable.

Please note: the photo above shows the in-flight meal service before Trinity Air's rebranding. Currently, Business Class meals are served as a multi-course experience, including dishes like eel rice and bread. The previous meals were already tasty, so I can only imagine how much better the updated menu is!
Back then, soft drinks like cola were limited to one serving, and only cup ramen was available, which was a slight disappointment. Now, more alcoholic beverages have been added, though I'm unsure if soft drink refills are still restricted.
Baggage

Business Class baggage comes with a priority handling tag. This means your bags are among the first to arrive on the carousel, which was a huge relief after a long flight. No more waiting around for ages!

For reference, here are photos of the Premium Economy seats I used on my way to Rome. My particular seat offered generous space in front, and I could comfortably rest my feet on the footrest.
The backrest also reclined significantly, similar to a luxury coach bus, making Premium Economy surprisingly comfortable too.
While Trinity Air may not offer the exact same level of service as a legacy carrier like Korean Air, it's clear they are striving to expand beyond their low-cost carrier roots. Their continuous development is promising!
For long-haul journeys to Europe, Trinity Air offers a fantastic balance of comfort and value. Give them a try on your next adventure!
