If you take a city bus from Tokushima Station,
you can get there directly without any transfers.
From bus stop 16 in front of the station,
take either bus number 17 or 18,
and get off at the final stop, Naruto Park.
It takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes one-way,
but you won't get bored enjoying the tranquil coastal scenery
unfolding outside your window.
