Located right next to Hyde Park, this hotel makes exploring Sydney incredibly convenient! You can walk to the famous Surry Hills brunch spot, THEECA, in just 10 minutes. The Royal Botanic Garden is a 15-minute stroll, and Hyde Park is only 5 minutes away. Imagine enjoying a delicious brunch in Surry Hills, then heading out to explore the city!
With Hyde Park and the Botanic Garden so close, it's also a perfect hotel for those who enjoy morning runs or leisurely walks to start their day.

How to Book a Harbor View Room (Even on a Budget!)
There are two main ways to secure a room with a harbor view:
✅ Book a dedicated Harbor View Room.
✅ Book a standard room and request a Harbor Bridge view.
I chose the **second option**!
Since the dedicated Harbor View rooms were a bit pricey for my budget, and a city view would have been perfectly fine, I booked a [Standard Room / City View]. However, just in case, I added a note in my request: "It would be wonderful if I could have a view of the Harbor Bridge."
When I booked, Agoda offered the best rate, and one of its great advantages is the ability to **directly message the hotel with special requests**! I wrote, "I'd love a beautiful view, perhaps like the harbor view," and it seemed to work out perfectly!

Room Condition at The Sydney Boulevard Hotel
I was pleasantly surprised to be assigned a very spacious room, and the overall room condition was excellent. My request for twin beds was granted, and I especially loved how much sunlight streamed through the window, making mornings and mid-day breaks so much more enjoyable.
A slight drawback is that cleaning is only provided after every three nights of stay. Since the floors are carpeted, if you prefer a fresh feel, you might want to consider:

✔️ Packing extra towels
✔️ Bringing a few extra hangers
