Parking at Starbucks Gijang Imnangwon Branch and
Bearista, and Garden View: An Honest Review
Words & Photos ©MiniMay

On my recent Busan trip,
I visited the Starbucks Gijang Imnangwon Branch.
To get straight to the point,
if you're expecting an ocean view cafe
with a wide-open sea view from indoors,
you might find this spot a bit disappointing.

However, with its lush green garden and
glass greenhouse Bearista photo zone,
it offered a charm different from a typical Starbucks store.
Also, with the Park Tae-joon Memorial Hall right in front,
and its proximity to Imnang Beach,
it was a great place to stop and rest in the middle of a Gijang outing.
Today, I'll honestly summarize everything about Starbucks Gijang Imnangwon Branch, including its parking,
Bearista photo zone, garden view,
what made it great for visiting with kids,
and a review of its bakery menu.

While there was a dedicated free parking lot in front of the store,
the number of parking spaces wasn't ample for the size of the store.
When I visited, parking attendants started appearing around 11 AM.

On weekends or during peak hours,
it seemed like it could get full,
but if there's a parking attendant, they should be able to guide you
to nearby parking lots.
Among the Starbucks branches in Gijang,
this one has a definite seaside outing vibe,
making it a good option for those looking for an Imnang Beach cafe.
2. Ocean View Best Enjoyed from the Garden, Not Indoors

When you search for Starbucks Gijang Imnangwon Branch,
many people probably expect an ocean view cafe.
However, after visiting myself,
it wasn't really a place where you could see
a refreshing ocean view from indoors.

Even sitting by the window, instead of a wide-open sea view,
you primarily saw the garden and the outdoor area.
From indoors, you can just barely catch a glimpse of the sea
in the direction to the left across the garden, as shown in the picture.

If you sit on the bench next to the garden,
you can get a slight feel for the ocean atmosphere,
but it wasn't a "Wow, what an ocean view!" kind of moment.
So, if you really want to properly see the ocean,
I recommend heading to Imnang Beach.
Imnang Beach is conveniently located
within a 5-minute walk or a 1-minute drive
from Starbucks Gijang Imnangwon Branch.
3. The Glass Greenhouse Bearista Photo Zone and Its Vibe

What I remember most about the Starbucks Gijang Imrang branch
was the **large Bearista photo zone**
inside the **glass greenhouse**.

If you're visiting with kids,
this photo zone is definitely one you won't want to miss.
Combining Starbucks' signature clean ambiance
with **cute Bearistas and a lush green garden**,
it certainly left a different impression than city branches.

The store is a single-story building,
blending beautifully with the quiet and charming atmosphere of Imrang Village.
With the garden and outdoor space seamlessly connected,
it was perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Unlike typical city Starbucks,
which often have a 'study cafe' vibe where people open laptops and stay for hours,
the Imrang Starbucks felt more like a **leisurely outing cafe**,
where families, friends, and couples could comfortably chat.

We also spent our time moving between the indoor and outdoor areas,
and I loved that the atmosphere felt so open and relaxed.

Restrooms are located in a separate building.
4. Why It Was So Great for Visiting with Kids
When you go to a cafe with kids,
there's often more to consider than you'd think, right?
**Independent cafes** often have varying rules like one drink per person, no-kids zones,
or time limits, so you usually have to double-check before visiting.
But Starbucks, in that regard,
is relatively less restrictive, making it easy to visit with children.

Our child also moved between the indoor and outdoor areas,
going outside and coming back in,
and there wasn't an uncomfortable feeling of being watched.
Of course, it goes without saying that you should be careful
not to run around or disturb other guests!

The little princesses giggling on the terrace
were just adorable..♥
It's a great spot to sit and relax for a bit after visiting the Park Tae-joon Memorial Hall,
or to grab a drink and unwind before or after heading to Imrang Beach.
So, if you're planning a family outing to the Gijang area,
this cafe is a perfect, stress-free stop.
5. Bakery Menu Review and Things to Keep in Mind Before Your Visit

We visited before breakfast,
so we decided to order a few bakery items.

The bakery selection was more diverse than we expected,
making it a perfect spot for a light breakfast.

My husband went for the Crème Brûlée Toast.
It was quite sweet,
and the center felt a bit soggy,
so it wasn't quite my cup of tea.

Our child picked the Melting Bacon Toast.
It's a Starbucks bakery item that our child usually likes,
and they happily devoured it again today!
It just goes to show, you can't beat a familiar favorite!

I went for the Bacon Omelet Sandwich.
I chose it to get some protein,
and while it wasn't incredibly delicious,
it was a perfectly decent and satisfying option.
It wasn't bad by any means,
but it's probably not something I'd rush to order again.

As for drinks, I'd already had my coffee fix earlier in the morning,
so we just ordered one Strawberry Yogurt Blended to share.
If we were at a local independent cafe, I might have felt a bit of pressure to order one drink per person,
but being at Starbucks made it feel much more relaxed.
Overall Thoughts on Starbucks Gijang Imrangwon, Busan
Instead of going to Starbucks Gijang Imrangwon solely for an ocean view,
you'll find it far more satisfying if you appreciate its lush green garden, the adorable Bearista photo zone,
and also plan to explore the nearby tourist spots.
If you're hoping for a Gijang ocean view cafe where you can see the wide-open sea clearly from indoors,
you might be a little disappointed,
However, for a comfortable and relaxing stop with kids, where you can snap some lovely photos,
and easily explore the surrounding attractions, it's definitely a worthwhile spot!
