The absolute star of Small Bird Cafe is its incredibly cute resident cat! When we visited, our furry friend was deep in slumber, completely unfazed by the guests around. It's clear they're very used to people! Occasionally, the cat would wake up and charm visitors with some playful affection, making the trip to Hyeonpung-eup entirely worthwhile just for their company.

3. Small Bird Cafe Menu Highlights

Small Bird Cafe isn't just about coffee and cats; they also offer a fantastic brunch menu with a variety of delicious options. We opted for the incredibly moist French Toast (priced at ~$7) and the refreshing Avocado Sandwich (for ~$9). Beyond our choices, you can also find other tempting dishes like Mango Bingsu (a delightful shaved ice dessert, ~$14) and a savory Jambon Sandwich (~$7). It’s truly an ideal spot for a leisurely weekend brunch!
4. Our Brunch Experience & Final Thoughts

The Avocado Sandwich came with a perfectly soft-boiled egg on the side, making it easy to share. While the Avocado Sandwich offered a clean and wholesome flavor, the French Toast was pure perfection – incredibly moist and wonderfully sweet! It paired beautifully with our coffee and was absolutely delicious. Enjoying tasty food while watching the playful cats was truly a healing and relaxing experience.
