To put it simply, I slept like a baby. The mattress and bedding were incredibly plush and spotless. I honestly felt more rested than I do at home! Shilla Stay is known for using Simmons mattresses, and it truly shows. Even kids who sometimes struggle to sleep in unfamiliar places would likely find these beds wonderfully cozy.

The bathroom was pristine and well-maintained. The deep bathtub was a welcome sight and also kept in excellent condition. As for amenities, they were L'Occitane! I remember thinking, 'These bottles look like they'd smell of lemon,' and sure enough, they had a refreshing citrus scent that was a lovely way to end the day.
Just be aware that, due to environmental policies, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste are available for a separate purchase of ~$1.

There's an indoor baseball practice facility right in front of the hotel, and we could occasionally hear a 'thwack' when it was in use. However, the soundproofing in the room was quite good, so it wasn't bothersome. During the day, you might also hear some music from the surrounding shops.
If a truly tranquil escape is what you're after, it might be worth requesting a higher floor.
