With the exciting news of the visa-free stay extension, it seems so many of you are planning your trips to

Shanghai, China in 2026!

Especially for families and couples,

Disneyland is definitely a must-visit on everyone's itinerary.

Today, I'm sharing the latest Shanghai Disneyland ticket prices

and some essential insider tips for the fireworks show!

First, here are the ticket prices up to

February 2026, based on mid-December 2025 rates.

Please keep in mind that Disneyland's ticket pricing policy

is always subject to change.

📌 Disneyland tickets are priced dynamically, meaning rates vary depending on

low, peak, and super-peak seasons.

On top of that, ticket prices are raised fairly regularly.

In February, because of the Chinese New Year (Spring Festival),

peak-season pricing is applied well in advance.

(The same goes for late December.)

Previously, booking at least 10 days in advance gave you a slight early bird discount.

Nowadays, instead of lowering the cash price, they bundle the ticket with

and until 8:30 PM on Sundays.

Starting 30 minutes before closing, the center of the castle glows

as classic Disney animations are projected onto it.

I highly recommend securing your spot well in advance.

People start claiming the best spots up to an hour early,

so ❗️I recommend finding a spot at least 1 hour beforehand.

2. Alternatively, stay closer to the exit.

If you couldn't get a front spot,

or if you just want to casually enjoy the show,

I recommend positioning yourself closer to the exit.

The crowds are bigger than you can possibly imagine,

and if you're too deep inside, getting out afterwards will be a real challenge.

3. Don't stay until the very end.

This is my most crucial tip: instead of staying until the final second,

try to head out at least 5 minutes early.

Can you picture thousands of people flooding out all at once?

The traffic for subways and taxis is absolute madness.

Leaving just 5 minutes early and walking briskly to the subway

will save you a ton of stress.
