How to Access SATS Lounge & Get the Best Discounts

If you have a Priority Pass (PP) card, you can enter the SATS Premier Lounge for free. If you don't have a PP card, I highly recommend booking a discounted pass online via booking platforms like Klook before your flight. Spacious, Comfortable, and Relaxing Atmosphere

Walking in, you're greeted by a wide-open, beautifully organized space with plenty of seating options. From plush, cozy sofas to semi-private cubicles perfect for solo travelers, it’s an ideal spot to unwind. They even have two massage chairs in one corner, which were absolute lifesavers for relieving pre-flight fatigue.

When I visited, the lounge wasn't crowded at all, making it incredibly peaceful to grab a seat and enjoy a quiet meal.

Highly Satisfying Private Shower Facilities

One of the main reasons I chose this Changi Airport lounge was the shower facilities. Since I had plenty of time before my departure, I was able to walk right in without waiting in line.

The shower rooms are fully private cabins, allowing you to undress, shower, and change in your own personal space. It was a fantastic experience. The room was stocked with clean towels, and wall-mounted dispensers provided quality shampoo and body wash. All you need to bring is your personal toothbrush and face wash.

Hearty Hot Food, Signature Laksa, and Drinks Corner

While the food selection might not be as overwhelmingly massive as some major hub lounges, it was an absolute oasis of comfort. Everything was kept spotlessly clean, and the dishes featured mild, globally appealing flavors without overpowering spices, making it easy for anyone to enjoy.

The absolute highlight here is the DIY Laksa station. You blanch your own noodles and bean sprouts in hot water, then ladle over the rich, spicy, and fragrant coconut broth. It has a wonderful kick, reminiscent of a mild mala soup, and is incredibly delicious. There’s a good reason why travelers rave about SATS's laksa!

Beyond the signature local food, they have a great selection of warm pastries and bread. The bar section is also well-stocked, featuring premium spirits like Johnnie Walker Black Label and a curated selection of wines.

For non-drinkers, there’s an impressive variety of soft drinks, yogurts, coconut water, and even Chrysanthemum tea (Guohua Tea) on offer. It’s a thoughtful and satisfying spread that exceeded my expectations.
