It's an apartment-style hotel, so you won't find staff on-site,
but it has all the amenities of a hotel, with spacious and comfortable facilities.
I was incredibly satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from Tenjin Station.
It's quite a prime spot with access to two stations, so Akasaka Station is also
just an 8-minute walk away.
Plus, with bus stops nearby, getting around couldn't be easier!
Right across from the hotel, you'll find a Lawson convenience store,
and the renowned Shin-Shin Ramen restaurant is just a 2-minute stroll away.

Check-in
Being an apartment-style hotel, check-in is
a contactless process, without any staff.
Once you've made your reservation, the hotel will send you a message with
check-in instructions and a link to their pre-registration site.
If you fill out the information in advance, check-in will take less than two minutes!
Because a shared password is required to enter the hotel,
it ensures that only guests can access the building.
You don't have to worry about security
Superior Room
I booked the smallest room, a Superior Room.
There's an entryway with a shoe rack and space to store luggage.
And a middle door helps to block out noise.
(*Even though I didn't specifically close it, I didn't notice any noise.)
The room layout includes a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom,
and a hallway with a washing machine and sink.
There's a table perfect for simple meals and a TV.
Unfortunately, YouTube and Netflix weren't available.
Behind the bed, there's a balcony. And next to it, what I thought was a chest of drawers...
...turned out to be recycling and general waste bins!
Looking at reviews, it seems the trash bins were originally in the entryway.
They probably moved them because guests found it inconvenient to go all the way to the entrance every time.
There was absolutely no smell or anything like that.
In the closet on the right, you'll find extra bedding, hangers, and an iron.
The biggest reason I loved this residence hotel?
It's the city view you get right from the balcony!
There's also a screen door, so you can leave the door open for ventilation.
The night view is absolutely stunning too.
I love that it doesn't feel cramped at all, unlike a typical hotel.
The kitchen has a dish set and an induction cooktop,
but there were no pots, and it was stated that it should only be used for boiling water.
So, I couldn't do any serious cooking.
There's a coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator.
Since it's not a standard hotel, you'll need to buy your own bottled water.
Past the hallway, you'll find the sink, washing machine, and toilet.
Behind the sink mirror, items like a hairdryer, toothbrush, and toothpaste are stored.
These simple amenities are all included.
Instructions for the washing machine are written in Korean in the guide booklet,
and the detergent is placed on top of its lid.
I stayed alone for one night,
and they provided two large towels and two small towels,
along with four disposable slippers.
The bathroom, which includes a bathtub, and the toilet are separated.
In Japan, bidets seem to come standard on toilets, which is a nice touch!
The bathtub is a bit on the smaller side, but for one person,
it was perfectly comfortable to use.
The water pressure was strong, and both the shampoo and conditioner had lovely scents.
On a personal note, I wasn't feeling well on my checkout day
and wanted to extend my checkout time.
The hotel's email reply was super quick, so I paid an additional ~$14 and
was able to enjoy a late checkout until 1 PM.
Their quick response meant that even without staff on-site,
I experienced no inconvenience during my stay.
There are also suite rooms available where an entire family can stay,
so I highly recommend it as accommodation for family trips too!
