"Which is the most luxurious hotel in Singapore?"
I can answer without a second's hesitation:
"Raffles Hotel Singapore!"
Raffles, a national treasure of a hotel in Singapore, not only holds immense historical significance,
but also offers butler service beyond imagination,
making it a truly unparalleled luxury hotel in Singapore.
If the high accommodation cost makes you hesitate to book,

Steeped in tradition and history, "Raffles"
is located in the heart of Singapore,
making its proximity to major attractions truly excellent.
Not only is it close to City Hall MRT station and shopping malls,
but it's also within easy walking distance to places like the Esplanade and the Merlion statue,
making it perfect for exploring nearby attractions during your stay.
A National Monument Steeped in History
The reason this place is Singapore's truly unique resort is because
it's named after "Sir Raffles," who initiated Singapore's modern history,
making it a symbolic place deeply rooted in Singaporean history.
Originally a privately-owned mansion, Raffles Singapore
opened as a hotel in Singapore in 1887.
However, during World War II,
Raffles Hotel, which was briefly under Japanese ownership,
suffered extensive damage from grenades detonated by Japanese forces
before the British recapture.
The company that perfectly restored the damaged building in just two years
was none other than Korea's "Ssangyong Engineering & Construction"👍

Singapore Hotel Recommendation
Arriving at this luxury hotel in Singapore has my heart fluttering! 💕
After receiving a greeting from the doorman, another celebrity of this place,
shall we head inside the building to check in?
As a side note, the interior of the building is not accessible to non-guests.
*Except for those with food & beverage reservations at the lobby restaurant.
The lobby boasts a sophisticated ambiance with dazzling chandeliers.
With many large windows, natural light floods in during the day! 💚
Check-in takes place at the sofa area located further inside the lobby.
I had booked a standard room, but
luckily, I received a two-level upgrade,
securing a Courtyard Suite! 💚
Along the way to the room,
it's filled with lush, refreshing greenery.
Just so you know, the interior is quite intricate,
so if you don't want to get lost four times a day like me, make sure to remember your way! 😂
The staff kept giving me directions whenever they saw me, lol.
This room, facing the garden view, is the Courtyard Suite.
Shall we take a look inside?!
As expected of a suite, the living room and bedroom are separate.
On the coffee table in front of the sofa,
there was a beautiful card along with welcome desserts 💚
And this 'little guy' placed in a corner of the living room is none other than the famous
Raffles' Hermès minibar & refrigerator!!!
From coffee capsules to snacks and drinks, everything is stocked in each drawer,
and since it's all complimentary, make sure to try everything!
Yes... I'm sad I couldn't try it all... 😥
Past the living room, you'll find the bedroom.
With just a large bed, a TV, and desks, it felt even more pristine and uncluttered.
The bathroom, featuring a striking bathtub in the center, was also immaculately tidy with white marble.
With the bathtub in the middle, there's a washbasin on one side.
On the opposite side, you'll find the toilet and shower.
Amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash are thoughtfully placed around,
while other items are neatly tucked away in the washbasin drawers.
Singapore Raffles Hotel Price
As one of the most prestigious luxury hotels,
Raffles truly stands out, even when it comes to its unique pricing.
The price I paid was approximately ~$1380.
Yes... it's expensive... that's just how it is...
However, since I was using Amex FHR benefits,
I did book at a slightly higher rate.
While it's generally a high-priced destination,
if you choose your dates carefully, you can book it for starting from around ~$690.
So, pick your dates wisely to snag a great deal!
Butler Service
Despite the incredible price, one of the reasons people choose this place
might just be its "unparalleled butler service."
Honestly, I've experienced butler service at many other places,
but I've never seen service as truly impressive as here.
It's as if they understand the term 'butler service' more accurately than anyone else
– it's that good...
I requested a bubble bath,
and they even calculated the time it would take for me to return from Long Bar
to ensure the bathwater temperature wouldn't drop – how incredibly thoughtful! 💚
The next day, the weather wasn't great,
so I stayed at the hotel after checkout until it was time to head to the airport.
They even set up a dedicated space in the library for me to work,
allowing me to relax comfortably until the very last moment.
Special Amenities
"From the guest rooms to the butler service,"
this Singapore hotel truly leaves nothing to be desired.
But another important point is that its internal
special amenities are simply abundant!
The most famous spot, of course, has to be the "Long Bar".
That's because the Long Bar at Raffles Hotel is the original birthplace of the "Sling",
a cocktail you absolutely must try in Singapore.
You can even enjoy a Sling as a welcome drink,
but I deliberately requested a non-alcoholic welcome drink
and came back to visit the Long Bar in person that evening.
As a former British colony,
Singapore is also famous for its afternoon tea.
Raffles' afternoon tea is also so renowned that
many people visit specifically for it.
I only realized this late, so I couldn't make a reservation,
but just tasting the breakfast items, I could tell how high the standard was.
Next time, I absolutely have to book in advance and try it! 😥
The boutique is also one of its famous facilities.
You can purchase a variety of souvenirs there,
including mini Slings, cookies and teas in collaboration with Raffles, and more,
It's so popular that even non-guests come to buy travel souvenirs.

Someone might say that "staying one night at this price is a waste of money",
but I see things a little differently.
It's not just an expensive 5-star accommodation;
it's brimming with historical and symbolic significance.
That's why a day here can truly be an unforgettable experience.
Actually, regarding the ~$1,380 I spent for one night,
I didn't regret it even 0.1%, and in fact,
if I were to visit Singapore again,
my stay was so satisfying that I would choose Raffles again.
So, if you get the chance, I highly recommend staying there at least once.

Courtyard Suites are equipped with an Hermès minibar and refrigerator. Each drawer compartment is stocked with coffee capsules, snacks, drinks, and all of these are provided free of charge.
The hotel is named after 'Sir Stamford Raffles,' who initiated the modern history of Singapore, and it opened as the Singapore Hotel in 1887. The building, which was damaged during World War II, was perfectly restored by Ssangyong Engineering & Construction from Korea in just two years.
