It's located near Fushimi Station, which is just one stop away from
the highly popular tourist hub, Sakae Station.
A quick 5-minute walk from Fushimi Station,
and only a 10-minute walk to Nagoya's downtown Sakae district.
To be honest, the location isn't the absolute BEST in terms of being right in the center.
But hey, taking just a tiny step outside of Sakae gets you this unbelievable price!
Besides, walking to downtown Sakae only takes 10 minutes,
and the nearest station is just 5 minutes away,
so getting around the city was an absolute breeze!
I actually ended up walking to Sakae most of the time.
Just a quick tip:
I was initially planning to book a place right next to Sakae Station.
But after visiting, I realized the Sakae area can get quite noisy at night,
so the quiet vibes around Fushimi Station were actually a huge plus!
Plus, there’s a FamilyMart convenience store right across from the hotel,
and plenty of local izakayas and pubs within walking distance!
I walked out at night to grab some skewers and local Tebasaki (chicken wings).
(And since it's slightly off the main strip, it never felt too noisy or crowded!)
For the rooms, just like most business hotels, they offer
Single Rooms, Standard Double Rooms, Twin Rooms, and Deluxe Rooms.

When choosing accommodation,
the most important factor is always the price!
Since this hotel opened in 2024
and is still relatively undiscovered, the prices are incredibly low,
and they frequently offer special promotional rates!
Once word gets out, I'm sure it'll book up fast,
so make sure to grab a room before it sells out!
The absolute steal of a rate averages around ~$32 per night,
while standard low-season rates hover around ~$45 per night, which is still amazingly cheap!
📌 Around ~$19 on Agoda...?!
I was shocked when I saw this price while searching! Around ~$19 is unreal!
At this price, you need to book it right away!~~~
On Agoda, weekdays are usually priced around the ~$26 to ~$32 range,
making it super affordable and budget-friendly.
I booked a Standard Double Room A
via Trip.com, which had the best deal at the time,
for around ~$122 for 2 people / 4 nights (completely self-funded!).
Just a heads-up, my visit was right before the F1 Grand Prix,
so other hotels had jacked up their prices by over ~$64.
I felt so incredibly lucky to snag such a cheap deal! Lucked out~

2 Room Review: Standard Double Room A
An honest, self-funded review
As mentioned earlier, I stayed in the Standard Double Room A.
Let me dive right into the details of my stay!
Since I caught an early morning flight, I dropped off my bags during the day,
explored the city, and checked in later that evening!
It's so great because you don't have to wait around
and can quickly check in using the automated machine! 👍🏻
And since staff are always present,
they’re right there to help you if you run into any trouble!
Taking the elevator up
to my room on the top floor (the 10th floor)!
Since there aren't an overwhelming number of rooms,
the three elevators were more than enough!
(I once stayed in a 40-story building with only 5 elevators,
and the "elevator hell" wait times were traumatizing... 😭)
The Standard Double Room A
is about 14 square meters, which is exactly the size you'd expect
for a budget-friendly hotel in Japan~
As Japanese hotel rooms are notoriously compact,
this room was definitely on the smaller side.
But since I spent most of my time exploring outdoors,
it didn't bother me at all!~~!
✔️ If you dislike tight spaces or plan on spending a lot of time relaxing in your room,
I'd recommend booking a larger room option!
📌 Room (Bedroom Space)
The bed feels like this~
Since the hotel was renovated from an older building,
the wallpaper and overall interior design did show some age.
Even so, the room was kept very clean and tidy overall.
✔️ Pro-tip: There's only one power outlet near the bed,
so bringing a multi-plug adapter or power strip will make your life so much easier!
📌 Room Vibe + View
The lighting is quite soft and ambient,
so the room isn't super bright.
However, there is a small window,
so it gets wonderfully bright when the morning sun shines in!
As for the view, it's just a standard city view without anything particularly fancy.
Behind the door, there’s a cozy little hanging space,
so I hung up my outfit for the next day on the hangers.
Also, if you're staying for multiple nights and don't need room cleaning,
you can just hang the sign of your choice
on the outside of your door each morning!
📌 Bathroom with a Tub
The bathroom in my assigned room was exceptionally clean.
You can tell the hotel really makes an effort
to keep things sparkling clean! (?)
I usually always pack my own shampoo and hair treatment..!!
Because if I use random hotel amenities, my hair turns into straw,,
But the products here didn't make my hair stiff at all, so I happily used them!
If you're picky, maybe just bringing your own hair treatment would be enough..
📌 Complimentary Bottled Water (Yes)
Bottled water is provided.
Many accommodations in Japan don't offer free water,
so it's awesome that Prince Hotel properties
always seem to provide it.
4. Facilities & Services
The 2nd floor houses the lobby/lounge,
as well as the laundry room and luggage storage.
By the way, the 2nd floor was newly renovated for the 2024 opening,
so it feels incredibly clean and fresh.

If you need extra towels or bottled water,
you can simply request them at the front desk.
📌 Lounge
The 2nd-floor lounge space is free to use
(and yes, outside food is allowed!).
They have power outlets available,
so I saw a few people working on their laptops here.
Since it was recently remodeled, it was seriously spotless~
It was also the perfect spot to bring back some late-night takeout!
Actually, the room I booked was the smallest option, so there wasn’t much room to eat,
but this super clean and comfortable lounge made up for it perfectly.
It was so convenient to hang out here!
Breakfast Service

One of the biggest perks of this hotel was
the free breakfast service for all staying guests!
(Note: It has now changed to a paid service)
Breakfast hours are from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM!
It's served right in the 2nd-floor lounge.
The menu seems to change slightly, but during my stay,
we could choose between a Miso Katsu Sando and a Hot Dog—the choice is yours!
We got one of each. The system is simple—
you make your choice, and the staff serves it to you.
Honestly, I slept in a lot, so I only caught breakfast on the very last day!
(The other morning we went out to grab Nagoya's famous "morning service" breakfast~)
But getting breakfast included at this price point is such a steal, right?
I literally thought, "Ah, is this the power of a major hotel group...?"
Personally, I didn't care much for the hot dog set!
But the katsu sando set was actually pretty tasty!!
I highly recommend the sandwich over the hot dog!!
