Every time I visit Ho Chi Minh City, there's one wood-fired pizza spot I absolutely have to hit up:

How to Make a Reservation at Pizza 4P's

Pizza 4P's is a renowned wood-fired pizza restaurant chain found in various Vietnamese cities, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, and Nha Trang.

Their signature is freshly made wood-fired pizza, crafted with their own homemade cheeses. Beyond pizzas, they also offer a fantastic selection of pasta dishes.

Founded by a Japanese entrepreneur, you can also find Pizza 4P's locations in Japan, India, and Indonesia.

While Ho Chi Minh boasts several Pizza 4P's branches, those near popular tourist spots can get incredibly busy, especially during peak dining hours.

The Ben Thanh branch, located right in front of the famous Ben Thanh Market, is particularly popular. To avoid a long wait, I highly recommend making a reservation in advance.

You can successfully make a reservation through either option. The official website is available in English and Vietnamese, while TableCheck often offers more language options for convenience.

My Experience at Pizza 4P's Ben Thanh

📍 Right by Ben Thanh Market

After making our reservation, we arrived and simply told them our name at the entrance, and they confirmed it immediately. If you arrive a little early, you might have to wait a few minutes.

On this particular visit, we got there slightly ahead of time and spent a few moments looking over the menu while we waited.

Even if you see empty tables, many of them are likely reserved, and it seemed like they were managing seating based on kitchen capacity to ensure smooth service.

At Pizza 4P's, you can conveniently place your order using a QR code.

Of course, if you prefer, you can also order directly from the staff using a physical menu.

The beauty of QR code ordering is that you can easily track your order history and view the total bill at a glance, making the dining experience incredibly smooth.

Pizza 4P's also boasts an impressive and diverse selection of craft beers. Personally, I'm a big fan of their Yuzu Wheat Beer and Da Lat Dark Lager.

Some branches even offer a 1+1 Happy Hour for craft beers, so if you're visiting during happy hour, definitely take advantage and enjoy a few local brews!

Our absolute favorite appetizer is the Mozzarella Salmon Sushi! Instead of rice, delicate slices of salmon are served atop fresh mozzarella cheese.

Drizzled with balsamic sauce, it's an incredibly delicious and unique starter.

For pasta, we usually order whatever we're craving that day, but I particularly love their Bolognese, especially when it comes with a whole burrata cheese on top!

Their wood-fired pizzas can be ordered half-and-half, which is perfect for trying multiple flavors. The most famous is undoubtedly the pizza topped with a whole burrata cheese, and yes, you can even add extra cheese!

Having visited various Pizza 4P's locations in Hanoi, Da Nang, and Nha Trang over the years, the Ho Chi Minh Ben Thanh branch consistently stands out for its unchanging quality and incredible taste. As of 2026, it's still my top recommendation.

I'm certain that on my next trip to Ho Chi Minh, I'll be making a beeline straight back to the Ben Thanh location.
