Phuket Airport Transfer 2026: Klook is Cheaper Than Grab!

If your Phuket trip is just around the corner,

you'll need to decide how to get from the airport to your hotel.

If you're thinking about using Grab or Bolt,

my friend, I strongly advise against it!

Like other Southeast Asian countries,

taxis, Grab, Bolt, and InDrive are available.

But arriving past 10 PM and being tired,

comparing prices and haggling is just too much.

The real issue is that their prices are significantly higher than pre-booked pickup services.

After comparing several companies, I booked a Klook pickup service,

and I've prepared a review of my experience getting from the airport to my accommodation near Rawai Beach in the south,

which cost me in the ~$15 range.

You can arrive early and relax comfortably,

and since the price is the most affordable, there's no reason not to use it!

Phuket Airport Pickup Service: The Best Price

Even though this is my fifth trip,

transport costs here are quite high,

so every time I visit, I research the cheapest platform.

KKday was ~$23,

MyRealTrip was ~$34

and Trip.com was ~$44.

I booked mine for ~$20.

My accommodation was about an hour away from the airport

(a seaside town at the southern tip of Phuket, near Yanui Beach)

Just a heads-up,

I absolutely do not recommend Trip.com for pickups in Thailand!

The problem is, even with the coupon, it's incredibly expensive

(Even with a 50% coupon, it was still too pricey for me.)

Also, KKday can be affordable if you apply a 10% discount coupon,

and it might even be cheaper for areas like Khao Lak or Krabi.

Phuket Klook Pick-up Service Review

After arriving at the local airport and activating my eSIM,

a pick-up service message arrived from Klook.

There weren't many passengers that day,

so after I cleared immigration,

my luggage had already arrived.

What a jackpot!

When I exited through Gate 2, as instructed, on my right...

I saw the Klook sign and found my name among them.

I thought it was *really* a good idea to book in advance because,

if I had compared prices and negotiated with each app,

I wouldn't have even been able to depart yet...

Plus, just in case I had booked it expensively,

I checked the prices, and why are they so pricey?

I told the staff member I had arrived,

and the driver came about 5 minutes later.

Hopped into the spacious car and off we went!

It took a little over an hour

to get to the Rawai Navatara accommodation.

It was rainy season, but it didn't rain,

and we arrived earlier than expected, which was a lucky start!

If you're considering transfer services to Khao Lak or Krabi,

it's a good idea to compare Klook and KKday.

Usually, KKday is the cheapest,

with only a few dollars difference from Klook.
