Park Hyatt Busan Review 2026: A Deluxe Ocean View Staycation
Experience a luxurious 2-night, 3-day staycation at Park Hyatt Busan in 2026. Discover ocean view rooms, Le Labo amenities, and stunning Gwangandaegyo Bridge vistas.

Oh, Busan! I'm finally here! ><
I had the incredible opportunity to stay at the Park Hyatt Busan's Ocean View Deluxe King room, nestled within the iconic I'Park building, which I jokingly call my future dream home.

Upon checking in, the curtains were drawn, but opening them revealed a stunning vista, with the Gwangandaegyo Bridge sparkling in the distance. What a welcome!

Our Deluxe King room featured a luxurious king-sized bed and a cozy dining table for two. From here, we soaked in panoramic views of the clear sky, the vibrant blue ocean, and the Gwangandaegyo Bridge bustling with cars.

The amenities were by Le Labo, and I must say, out of all the hotel toiletries I've tried, these had the most incredible scent. The shampoo left my hair feeling incredibly soft. The fragrance was so captivating that I even considered buying the hand cream as a perfume substitute! However, the lotion wasn't quite as moisturizing as I'd hoped, so I simply took a few of the amenities home with me as a souvenir.

In the evening, we ventured over to Gwangalli Beach and visited my favorite steamed clam restaurant, where we enjoyed a spicy meal and a refreshing drink.
Park Hyatt Busan Room Service

Waking up to this incredible view! >< This is exactly why you choose the Park Hyatt! I found myself dreaming about what it would be like to live with such a magnificent view every day. As I watched the morning traffic begin to fill the bridge, my stomach started to rumble.

So, we decided to order room service. We opted for the black garlic grilled fish set and the seafood jjamppong ramen. Honestly, after experiencing the delicious Korean set meal at Hilton Ananti Cove's A Poin the day before, the Park Hyatt's offering felt a bit underwhelming. The A Poin meal was significantly tastier. The seafood jjamppong ramen, in particular, was disappointing – it seemed overcooked, lacked broth, and was quite bland. The ramen I'd had the night before at the clam restaurant, which cost only ~$4, was far superior! But we were so hungry and too tired to wait for another order, so we just ate it.
Park Hyatt Busan Swimming Pool

Even though the room service wasn't a hit, I knew a staycation wouldn't be complete without a visit to the pool. It's an indoor pool, and a swimming cap is mandatory for entry. So, I purchased one for ~$6 to get in.
Park Hyatt Busan Lounge Mango Bingsu

After an energetic swim, I craved something sweet, so we headed up to the lounge for some mango bingsu (shaved ice). It was perfectly balanced – not too sweet, not too tart, just deliciously refreshing. If you visit the Park Hyatt, you absolutely must try it! Highly recommended!

After such a busy morning, a nap was definitely in order!

Waking up from our afternoon snooze, we found that night had fallen, transforming the view into a dazzling spectacle.

On our second night, we decided to have a room party with some delicious takeout. When you order delivery, you need to pick it up from the ground floor. It was quite an amusing sight to see a line of delivery drivers during dinner rush, with many guests like us coming down to collect their orders. Eating while admiring the stunning night view, watching people on the night yachts, and even catching some fireworks displays from the yachts made the meal even more delightful.
Park Hyatt Busan Breakfast
Arriving before 8 AM grants you an early bird discount of 20%. We made sure to go early and snagged a fantastic window seat with an unobstructed view of the Gwangandaegyo Bridge.

Breakfast at Park Hyatt Busan offered a mix of buffet options and à la carte dishes. The à la carte items could be ordered an unlimited number of times. However, there's an additional charge of ~$7 for the steak and eggs.

Having indulged in so much takeout the night before, we weren't feeling particularly hungry for breakfast. So, we kept it light, ordering just a few à la carte items and grabbing some simple selections from the buffet. The à la carte dishes were all delicious, but the buffet section, constantly being compared to A Poin, didn't quite tempt me as much, so I only had one plate. Among the buffet items, the barramundi fish was incredibly tender and delicious – I went back for several servings of it and some kimchi!

Our 2-night, 3-day staycation at the Park Hyatt Busan was truly blissful, and that delicious barramundi still lingers in my memory! If time permits, I'd love to revisit and enjoy more healing moments overlooking the Gwangandaegyo Bridge.
