If you're hunting for the perfect luxury staycation in Busan,

I bet Park Hyatt Busan has crossed

your mind at least once.

Its indoor pool overlooking the iconic Gwangan Bridge is especially famous.

Having experienced it firsthand, I found the overall vibe

and ambiance far more memorable than its actual size.

From pool operating hours and essential swim cap tips

to room rates you need to know before booking, I've got you covered! :)

1. Finding the Best Rates for Park Hyatt Busan

Before securing my booking, I compared prices across multiple platforms,

from the official website to Yanolja and Trip.com.

In the end, Yeogi Eottae (Good Choice) offered the most budget-friendly deal!

saving a bit of extra cash is always a win!

Rates can shift depending on weekdays versus weekends,

so I highly recommend doing a quick comparison before you book! :)

2. The Park Hyatt Busan Swimming Pool

The swimming pool at Park Hyatt Busan

is located indoors on the 4th floor,

and is exclusively available to hotel guests and spa/fitness members.

Operating hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

There is a daily break from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM,

and the pool closes early at 9:00 PM on Saturdays,

so keep these hours in mind when planning your visit!

Just a heads up: Wednesday, October 21, 2026

is a scheduled pool maintenance day,

so make sure to double-check this date if you're booking around then!

Before entering the pool,

taking a quick shower at the entrance is a must!

They manage the water quality quite rigorously,

which made the experience feel super clean and pleasant.

With one main pool (approx. 1.2m deep)

and one cozy jacuzzi,

the layout isn't massive by any means,

but once you step inside,

any concerns about space completely melt away.

The high ceilings paired with floor-to-ceiling windows

offer a gorgeous, uninterrupted view of the Gwangan Bridge.

It truly feels like you've been transported

to a luxury resort somewhere tropical.

I especially loved how the warm wooden tones

blended with the lush green plants.

No matter which angle you point your camera,

every single shot looks absolutely dreamlike.

I visited around 8 AM on a Saturday,

and since there was almost no one there, I could swim peacefully

and take plenty of photos.

With only four sunbeds, it can get a bit

competitive later in the day. But heading there early in the morning

was perfect for grabbing my favorite spot and relaxing

with a view of Gwangan Bridge.

Soaking in the warm jacuzzi while looking out

at the ocean through the floor-to-ceiling windows was hands down

the most memorable moment of my Busan trip.

While the morning sunlight was stunning,

I heard the evening vibe is next-level

with the glowing night lights of Gwangan Bridge.

If you're looking for a hotel pool where you can snap that perfect shot,

you'll absolutely love it here.

3. Pro-Tip: Swim Cap Prices

Park Hyatt Busan is super strict

about managing its water quality,

so wearing a swimsuit and swim cap is mandatory,

and standard baseball caps aren't allowed.

Without a swim cap, you can't enter the main pool,

but you can still take photos and use the jacuzzi!

If you forget to bring one,

you can buy a swim cap at the 4th-floor reception,

but they run about ~$5 to ~$7, which is a bit pricey.

So, I headed to the Daiso Busan Haeundae Marine City Branch

located right behind the hotel and grabbed one there!
