Hey everyone!

I'm staying at the gorgeous Pandanus Resort, and it's so amazing
that I just had to share it with you all.
Family Executive Suite
Here is my detailed, hands-on review of the room!

While planning my Ho Chi Minh City to Mui Ne trip,
finding the perfect accommodation was my top priority.
And let me tell you, choosing the Pandanus Resort Mui Ne
was the best decision ever! Spending this relaxing time
at the resort makes the whole journey so incredibly worth it.
I booked my stay through Yeogi Eottae (Good Choice).

Mui Ne is a hidden beachfront gem in Vietnam,
located about a 4 to 5-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City. Since Pandanus Resort is situated right in the heart of Mui Ne Beach,
the access to the ocean is absolutely incredible!
First Impressions & Check-in

We arrived around 7:00 PM, and it was already
pitch black. The lobby features an open-air layout,
allowing the cool ocean breeze to sweep right in.
It immediately gave off those relaxed, tropical resort vibes.
The check-in process was incredibly friendly and fast.
They requested a card deposit
of 2.4 million VND.
Family Executive Suite
Room Size & Layout

Since there were four of us traveling together,
we booked the Family Executive Suite.
Apparently, this is the finest room type at Pandanus Resort.
They were sweet enough to give us one with the absolute best view,
which made us so incredibly happy!
At around 80㎡, it was incredibly spacious!
Here was the layout:
- Master Bedroom (King-size Bed)
- Second Bedroom (Twin Beds)
- Living Room Area
- Large Balcony
- 2 Spacious Bathrooms
This layout is absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends.
The pool is right in front of the building, so if you're traveling
with kids, they are going to have the absolute best time
splashing around here.

There are snacks, tea, and a fridge stocked with beer and sodas—
and yes, you can enjoy them ALL for free!~~
If you empty them, they restock it again the next day.
It's all fully included, so feast away without any worries!~
Complimentary bottled water is provided too, of course!~~
Bedrooms & Bedding

The king-size bed was wonderfully plush yet offered great support,
guaranteeing a super comfortable night's sleep. They also provided two types of pillows (firm/high and soft/low)
so you can choose according to your preference!

The second bedroom is also completely separate, which is fantastic for ensuring everyone's privacy.
The cleanliness of the bedding was absolutely flawless,
and the housekeeping team was incredibly meticulous during our stay.
Balcony View 🌅

Personally, my absolute favorite part
was definitely the massive balcony!
From the king bedroom, you get a direct view of the pool,
with a side view of the ocean right there.

The second bedroom has a full, unobstructed ocean view.
The balcony is set up with two sunbeds and a table,
making it the perfect spot to sip coffee while gazing at the sea.
In the evening, I took a cold beer outside
and just vibed out to the soothing sound of the waves. True healing.

They say the sunset and sunrise views here are incredible, but today
I had to head out at 4:30 AM for the Mui Ne desert tour,
so I missed the sunrise.
And in the evening, we went over to Phan Thiet for dinner,
so I missed the sunset too. Oh well, next time!
Bathrooms & Amenities

The bathrooms were incredibly spacious and clean!
The layout featured:
- Rain shower & handheld shower
- Freestanding bathtub
- Double vanity
- Separate toilet
This is the bathroom connected to the king bedroom.
Since it has both a tub and a shower booth,
after coming back from the pool, one of us took the tub and the other took the shower.
It was so convenient—
no waiting around at all!

The amenities were from Pandanus’s own brand,
and they had this lovely, subtle coconut scent that made me feel so pampered.
The water pressure was amazing, making for a super refreshing shower,
and hot water came out instantly.
Absolutely no complaints here!

The living room bathroom didn't have a tub, but it was still a great size,
so it didn't feel cramped at all! ~^^

🏊♀️ Resort Facilities

The main swimming pool was gorgeous, giving off the vibe that it connected directly to the ocean.
There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool area,
so we could lounge comfortably
without ever having to worry about finding a spot.
There’s also a separate jacuzzi, so you can enjoy the water
even if you're not in the mood for a full swim.
The shallow pool depth seemed perfect for kids, too.

The outdoor spa is right next to the pool,
so you can get a massage while listening to the sound of the crashing waves.
Of course, the price is more expensive than local spots outside—
almost double, actually!~~

The resort connects directly to a private beach,
which was a huge, huge plus!
It’s much cleaner and quieter than the public beaches,
making it the perfect spot to just wind down and enjoy some peace.
Beach towels are provided for free,
and there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas set up,
so you'll see lots of people just lying back, reading books,
and enjoying their time.
Isn't this kind of relaxation just the best?~~

The breakfast buffet is served at the main restaurant,
and the selection is incredibly satisfying.
- Fresh fruits & salads
- Vietnamese Pho
- Egg dishes (omelets, scrambled eggs, etc.)
- Breads & pastries
- Cereal & yogurt

I was especially thrilled to find my favorite dragon fruit,
so I ate a ton of it! And the banh mi bread was absolutely top-notch.
Since it's an open-air restaurant, the breeze was so gentle and cool,
making me feel like I was truly in Vietnamese paradise.
👍 The Pros & 👎 The Cons

✅ Spacious and comfortable rooms (perfect for families)
✅ Perfect ocean-view balcony
✅ Clean and well-maintained swimming pool
✅ Easy access to the private beach
✅ Rich and delicious breakfast buffet
✅ Friendly and welcoming staff
✅ Great value for money
✅ Quiet and private atmosphere

❌ Not many amenities nearby, so you'll need
a vehicle to go outside the resort
Make sure to download the Grab app before you go!
For just about ~$4 to ~$5, you can ride all the way
to downtown Mui Ne, and drivers arrive almost instantly.
💰 Price & Value

I paid around ~$102 per night,
and considering the room size and amenities, the value
is absolutely incredible. It's not easy to find a place
that comfortably fits 4 people, but this was a perfect match for us!
If you're traveling as a family of four,
you'll be even more satisfied.

A lovely German family we met at the pool told us
they were staying at Pandanus Resort for ten whole days!
They said it's the absolute best place for kids to play
and parents to relax, and they felt so bad
that we were only staying for 2 nights. Honestly, we were sad to leave too~~
Final Thoughts

The Family Executive Suite at Mui Ne Pandanus Resort
was the perfect choice for our trip with friends.
Everything from the spacious rooms to the gorgeous ocean views and modern
facilities left us completely satisfied.
I highly recommend it, especially for family trips with kids!
The little ones can splash around in the pool and beach to their hearts' content,
while parents can unwind in the spacious rooms—making everyone happy.
