Do you dream of having the perfect ocean view?
One of the things people look forward to most
when planning a trip to Busan is staying at an ocean-view hotel.
However, accommodation prices in Haeundae or Gwangalli
can be incredibly expensive and a bit overwhelming.

For those who want a stunning beach view
while keeping things budget-friendly, let me introduce you to Songjeong Hotel Ola!
1. Busan Songjeong Ocean View Stay Recommendation

Songjeong Hotel Ola 📍Check-in: From 16:00 📍Check-out: Until 12:00 Weekday Ocean View: From ~$38 Weekend Ocean View: From ~$51 |
To get to Hotel Ola, you can take Bus 200 or
Bus 1001 from Jangsan Station, get off at Songjeong,
and walk for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Taking a taxi costs only around ~$5,
so it is very accessible and convenient.
Also, check-in is after 4:00 PM and
check-out is at a generous 12:00 PM.
✅With weekend ocean-view rooms starting in the ~$51 range, it offers incredible value for money.

As you can see from the location,
✅it is perfectly situated right in front of Songjeong Beach.
Because there's a parking lot directly in front of the hotel,

2. Hotel Ola Parking Information

We visited by car and parked in the lot right in front of the hotel.
There is a small parking area directly under the hotel, an outdoor lot,
and even a parking tower, offering plenty of space.
You won't have to worry about parking at all!
3. Hotel Ola Lobby

Although the lobby wasn't huge,
it felt clean, cozy, and overall quite upscale.

The 1st floor is the lobby, the 2nd floor features a cafeteria and laundry room,
and floors 3 through 10 are guest rooms.
We were assigned a room on the 9th floor, which gave us a great high-floor view.

There was some information about breakfast posted inside the elevator.
They offer a free breakfast service on weekdays!
They also have instant ramen available for a very reasonable ~$3.
However, breakfast is only served on weekdays.
Since we visited on a weekend, we unfortunately couldn't try it.

When I stepped up to the lobby on the guest room floor,
the beautifully curated indoor landscaping instantly caught my eye.
You can really tell they paid attention to the fine details here.
Plus, having a microwave right there in the lobby
made grabbing a late-night snack incredibly easy!
4. Deluxe Twin Ocean View Room

Next up, let me show you around Room 901, my home away from home!
While the room's entrance showed a little bit of age,
the moment I opened the door, the view made me completely forget about that.
An automatic "Wow!" just slipped right out.
The panoramic ocean view stretching all the way to the horizon was absolutely breathtaking!

The room featured one double bed and one single bed,
which is more than enough space
to comfortably accommodate up to three people.
They were so delightfully plush that I felt myself drifting off the moment I lay down.

As for amenities, all the essentials—like cotton swabs, razors, and toiletries—
were fully provided.
And they were incredibly generous with the water, leaving us six whole bottles,
so we never had to worry about running dry!

But honestly, the terrace was the absolute star of the show!
It came with a cute table and chairs perfect for a cozy morning tea or brunch,
and the outdoor bathtub added such a dreamy, aesthetic vibe.

Drawing a hot bath at the end of the day to soak under the stars was pure bliss—
it melted all my travel fatigue away while I soaked in the gorgeous view.
Don't worry about privacy either—the terrace glass is designed so you can't see inside from the outside!

The bathroom had a super convenient layout,
with the sink, shower, and toilet areas completely separated.
Just a heads-up: the glass doors aren't fully opaque,
so it might feel a tiny bit awkward if you're traveling with a friend.

Still, the bathroom was sparkling clean overall.
They provided four fluffy towels
and kept everything fully stocked with shampoo and body wash,
so our stay was incredibly comfortable!
5. Final Thoughts: Incredible Value for an Ocean View!

At Hotel Ola, you can enjoy a completely unobstructed,
180-degree ocean view of Songjeong Beach.
On top of that, there's even a bathtub on the terrace,
giving you that ultimate cozy vibe of soaking in a hot bath while staring out at the sea.
While the lobby and hallways show a bit of age,
the rooms and amenities are sparkling clean,
so we had absolutely no discomfort during our stay.
✅ Best of all, with rates under ~$64, it's incredibly budget-friendly,
making it the perfect spot for a casual, relaxing overnight getaway!
