I just had to give in to temptation and order the Futomaki too.

I'm ready...
First up, the 5-piece Tendonmaki (텐동마끼) they brought out.
...Something's definitely not right (in the best way possible)!
It's supposedly a "half" portion, but each futomaki is fist-sized, like a full serving!
It's generously filled with unagi and tendong ingredients,
plus it's sprinkled with crispy toppings.
Just looking at it makes my mouth water!
They're even bigger than the diameter of a paper cup,
making them wobbly to pick up with chopsticks!
But I managed to get one in my mouth in a single bite!
Perilla Oil Gat Soba!
The aroma of green onions, gat (mustard greens), perilla oil, and sesame
is absolutely intoxicating and drives me wild!
The scent wafts up as I mix it...
They even gave us gamtae (감태), a type of seaweed, to go with it.
When you mix it all up, the aroma intensifies even further!
It's enough to make me go absolutely wild....
Wrap it up perfectly with the gamtae and savor every bite!
After revitalizing my body with that unagi tail,
I'm ready to fully enjoy the concert!
