Honestly, the pulpo (octopus) here was mind-blowing.

It has a beautifully charred, smoky exterior,

There is absolutely zero chewiness or toughness.

It literally melts in your mouth.

"Melt-in-your-mouth" is usually reserved for steak, but it is the only way to describe this dish!

This is a completely different culinary league compared to standard seafood restaurant octopus.

You absolutely have to try this in Mallorca to understand the hype!

The Seafood Paella – Generous and Rich

When in Spain, ordering a traditional seafood paella is a must!

We ordered a portion for two,

and were blown away by how massive the serving was.

The rice was perfectly al dente,

the seasoning was beautifully balanced without being overly salty,

and the rich seafood stock had deeply infused every single grain.

We expected a small, delicate portion since it was a trendy spot,

but we ended up completely stuffed.

No complaints here—it was incredible!

Sangria – The Perfect Vacation Companion

You cannot visit Mallorca without ordering fresh sangria!

This was packed with fresh, sweet fruits, offering a refreshing citrus kick

balanced perfectly with a smooth, premium wine base.

It goes down so smoothly that you might forget it actually has a kick!

We also ordered the Gambas al Ajillo (garlic shrimp).

Pairing the sizzling garlic shrimp with cold sangria is pure bliss.

I am still dreaming about this meal...

Aside from us, the restaurant was filled with locals.
