Our final booking included a twin room & half board and the adult program for two,
the total payment was 1,277.95 Euros (approximately ~$1,477) 💳
About three and a half years after I started learning tennis,
once my partner and I could casually rally,
I started wanting to take tennis lessons abroad too, haha.
In Mallorca, we decided to stay at the academy
and even participate in the adult tennis program 🎾
While preparing for our trip in May 2026,
I checked the official website around October 2025,
but I couldn't find a direct booking window for our desired dates.
It was difficult to figure out how to book accommodation and lessons together,
so I directly contacted them via their main email address
info@rafanadalacademy.com!
I'll share the actual quote and payment process I received via email.

How to Book the Nadal Academy: Starting with an Email Inquiry
The requested itinerary was for May 2026, 3 nights and 4 days (for 2 people).
Via email, I sent our desired dates, number of people, and expressed our interest in accommodation and the tennis lesson program.
I received a confirmation of availability and quotes for two different price plans from the representative.

45 minutes of warm-up and 2 hours of tennis training per day,
in a group class with a maximum of 4 people.

Differences Between Flex Early Payment and Flex Plus Plans
When I first inquired about booking, I was offered two different price plans.

Early Payment is cheaper but requires full upfront payment,
while Flex Plus requires only 15% payment initially,
offering a bit more flexibility for schedule changes.
These prices and conditions were valid at the time we received the quote,
and the email stated that the quote was only guaranteed for 48 hours,
and that prices and availability could change afterward.
Twin Room, Daily Tennis Camp Cost for 2 People
Looking at the initial reply email,
the Flex Early Payment quote was:

✔️Daily Tennis Camp 315.56 Euros per person (approximately ~$366) × 2 people
✔️Total 1,277.95 Euros (approximately ~$1,477)

However, in the email just before final payment,

✔️Daily Tennis Camp €313.27 per person
This was what was displayed.
Adding up the displayed items, there was a difference of €0.01,
but the actual total on my payment statement was €1,277.95, which was correct after all;
And initially, they said they'd give us a double room,
but it was written as a twin room, so I inquired,
and they said all rooms have twin beds.

Even while exchanging emails, I felt it,
that the processing of tasks isn't as precise as in Korea.
So, it seems you really need to double-check things yourself when booking.

When we were exchanging emails, it was written as 2 Daily Tennis Camp,
so I thought it was for 2 days of lessons, but it was actually '3 days'!
(→ I'll have to post about this later too)

A twin room for 2 adults, 3 nights' stay, with half board.
Our half board included breakfast and dinner-!
Facilities & Parking Included with Rafa Nadal Residence Stay
The Rafa Nadal Academy accommodation fee, as guided by email,
also included access to the gym, instructor-led activities, spa, swimming pool, and underground parking.
(However, the Yoga & Pilates Studio and CrossFit area were excluded.)
Skill Assessment Before Applying for Adult Tennis Camp
When booking, along with the rate plan,
we had to provide both our passports/contact information/dates of birth,
and declare any allergies or food intolerances.
If you're applying for the tennis program,
you also need to specify your sports experience and how many times you play per month,
and select your level from beginner to advanced.
Both of us have about 3.5 years of tennis lesson experience,
but we submitted our skill level as being able to handle simple rallies, hehe.
Our subsequent schedule and class assignments were managed using the 360 Player app,
and the process of app registration and confirming actual class times
will be detailed separately in the next post-!✍🏻
Payment Link Validity and Cancellation Period
After sending the required information, we received a booking number and a payment link,
and once the card payment was completed, we received the final confirmation.
The quote is valid for 48 hours, and the payment link for only 4 hours,
so it's a good idea to have your passport information and payment card ready in advance.
Finally, the booking confirmation we received!
Lesson Assignment on Checkout Day, Be Sure to Double-Check After Booking
After the booking was finalized, for inquiries related to accommodation and lessons,
we were instructed to contact reservations@rafanadalacademy.com.
On the morning of our last day of the 3-night, 4-day stay,
we had to check out early to catch our flight to Granada,
so we had inquired by email in advance if a class would be scheduled on the last day.
At the time, I thought there were a total of 2 lessons,
and I understood that we would take them on the day after check-in and the day after that.
The reply also said not to worry about the checkout day,
so I thought there wouldn't be any issues with our schedule.
❗️But when we actually arrived at the academy and checked in, this is what we found out❗️
The 3-night, 4-day program actually allotted a total of 3 lessons per person,
and the third lesson was scheduled for our checkout day...
In the first inquiry email reply,
I understood '2 Daily Tennis Camp'
to mean that the two of us would take a 'total of 2 lessons',
but it seems it referred to the booking details for two people.
However, nowhere else in the numerous emails we exchanged
could I clearly find an explanation that there would be a total of 3 lessons!
If I had known in advance, I would have checked more about rescheduling possibilities,
and honestly, missing one lesson after traveling all the way to Mallorca was
very, very disappointing ㅠㅠ.
Ultimately, we couldn't participate in the last lesson,
and instead received a credit equivalent to its value,
which they processed so we could use it within the academy;

Exploring Facilities & Tennis Lesson Review
Staying at the Rafa Nadal Academy for 3 nights and 4 days,
we leisurely explored and used the facilities,
and also took daily tennis lessons for two days.

I sent an email with my desired dates, number of people, and interest in accommodation and the program to receive a quote.
The final payment, including a twin room, half board, and the Daily Tennis Camp for 2 adults, was 1,277.95 Euros (approximately ~$1477). This amount was based on the Flex Early Payment plan and consisted of 646.83 Euros for the room and 315.56 Euros per person for the Daily Tennis Camp.
The 3-night, 4-day program allocated a total of 3 tennis lessons per person. I initially misunderstood '2 Daily Tennis Camp' to mean 2 lessons, but it actually referred to the booking details.
The Flex Early Payment plan, costing 1,277.95 Euros, requires 100% prepayment at the time of booking and allows free cancellation/changes up to 45 days before arrival. In contrast, the Flex Plus plan, costing 1,670.54 Euros, only requires 15% payment at booking and allows free cancellation/changes up to 16 days before arrival, offering more flexibility for schedule changes.
