The promotion you'll want to grab for your upcoming Hong Kong trip
runs from September 14 to November 8, 2026!
When you add up admission tickets, transportation, and meals,
expenses can quickly add up, right?

So, to cut down on Hong Kong travel costs,
instead of paying on the spot,
it's better to book in advance from home at a discounted price!
What's more, since this event is strongly supported by the Hong Kong Tourism Board,
the benefits are naturally fantastic!
Early sell-out is expected, so don't miss out!

Discount Amounts by Payment Total | |
Purchases over ~\$73 | 12% (up to ~\$11) |
Purchases over ~\$36 | 10% (up to ~\$5) |
For the 12% coupon, if your eligible payment amount is over ~\$91,
you can maximize the discount up to ~\$11.
Even if you book a pass for two, the price varies by option,
so focus on the final payment amount rather than the number of people!

Both codes are first-come, first-served,
so if your itinerary is set, I recommend grabbing them before they're gone!
You can add multiple items to your cart
and use the coupon once,
so even affordable products like the Hong Kong Octopus Card can benefit!

2. What should you book to get the best deal?
When there are such great discounts, you might wonder what to book.
If you're pondering, SweetKong, who's been to Hong Kong over 10 times,
will recommend what you absolutely shouldn't miss!
① Ngong Ping Cable Car + Tai O Village

If you're on a free and easy trip to Hong Kong and want to see a different landscape from the city,
I recommend the Ngong Ping Cable Car & Tai O Village combination!
After looking down at the sea and mountains from the cable car,
exploring Tai O's stilt houses and narrow alleys
offers a completely different vibe from the city's towering skyscrapers.

I definitely recommend doing the boat tour too.
It's a tour where you explore the stilt houses by speedboat,
and then head out to the open sea where you might even spot pink dolphins!

You need to be really lucky to see the dolphins,
and unfortunately, I didn't get to see them either!
Even if you don't see dolphins, just exploring the stilt houses
was a wonderfully atmospheric experience!

If you purchase a pass for two, you can get a full discount of ~\$11.

On the day you ride the Ngong Ping Cable Car,
it's also a great idea to **combine it with some outlet shopping** at Citygate Outlets in Tung Chung!
The discounts are better than you might expect,
with brands like Burberry, Ferragamo, Adidas, Nike,
American Eagle, Vivienne Westwood, and Lululemon especially worth a visit!

② Hopewell Hotel Semi-Buffet

During your Hong Kong trip, if you ever feel like
enjoying a leisurely meal at a hotel?
On a day you're exploring Wan Chai,
consider adding the Hopewell Hotel's 19th-floor Lobby Café to your itinerary.
It's a semi-buffet where you can enjoy salads, dim sum, desserts, and more,
and the offerings, including seafood, vary depending on the day and whether it's lunch or dinner!

In addition to the already 27% discounted price,
you can even apply the 12% discount coupon we mentioned above!

Even if you don't go for this buffet,
Hopewell Centre is a must-visit spot in Hong Kong!
That's because you can witness the incredible Hong Kong night view from its panoramic glass elevators that go all the way up to the 55th floor!

Instead of moving between several restaurants with your partner,
when you want to enjoy a variety of food and relax in one spot,
make sure to visit Hopewell Centre, which is also a beautiful spot for Hong Kong's night views!

3. Airport Lounge Pass + Hong Kong MTR Transportation Card Set - 55% Off

If you're planning to ride the Hong Kong MTR, this incredible package is an absolute must-not-miss!
It's the Hong Kong Octopus Card + Plaza Premium Lounge pass!
Originally ~$97 → ~$44, an amazing 55% discount!!
The Hong Kong Octopus Card comes pre-loaded with HKD 50,
so you can pick it up at the airport, check the balance you need, and start using it right away.
It's super convenient to use for Hong Kong MTR & buses, convenience stores, and more.

What's even more beneficial is the Plaza Premium Lounge pass included!
I've personally visited the Hong Kong Plaza Premium Lounge,
and it was a great place to relax before heading home!
Instead of searching for a comfortable spot to rest at the airport,
it was wonderful to have a space where I could eat and wait.

If you don't usually have lounge access,
be sure to compare this set's price
before buying the Hong Kong Octopus Card separately!

This lounge pass isn't just for Hong Kong;
it can be used in various countries across Asia & the Pacific,
making it even more useful if you're planning other destinations after your Hong Kong trip!

4. Wine & Dine Festival Free Pass Event
And for our last amazing event!

For those in the know, Hong Kong is famously a paradise for wine shopping!
Unlike many other places, wine is duty-free here, which often means you can find it much cheaper.
And the event where you can gather, view, and even taste these fantastic wines is none other than
the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival!

My Hong Kong friends literally grab their shopping baskets every year
to 'raid' the festival for their favorite wines!
This year's Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival is scheduled to take place from
October 29th to November 1st.

And here's the exciting part: through this KKday X Hong Kong Tourism Board event,
you have a chance to get a Visitor Lite Pass, valued at approximately ~$22, for FREE!
The pass includes admission, a wine glass, and 4 wine tokens!
If you're visiting during the festival, be sure to check the eligibility requirements and redemption methods,
and definitely apply!
