1. Loplus: The Ideal Hong Kong Accommodation for Three on a Month-Long Stay (Location)

Having stayed in Hong Kong for a month over 10 times,
this Hong Kong apartment has the best location among all the places I've experienced.
Truly, a perfect location, no compromises needed!

Nestled between Wan Chai and Causeway Bay,
the location of this Hong Kong accommodation makes it perfect for
exploring amazing restaurants, indulging in shopping, and
getting around to Central or Tsim Sha Tsui via MTR was incredibly convenient.
✅ Causeway Bay MTR: 5-minute walk
✅ Tram stop: 2-minute walk
✅ Bus stop: 2-minute walk
With all public transport so close,
you can easily reach almost anywhere in Hong Kong.

The biggest advantage I felt while living in this Hong Kong accommodation was
how close the tram stop was.
Stepping out of the apartment lobby with a coffee in hand each morning,
and hopping on the tram felt incredibly relaxing!
Hong Kong Tram Guide: Everything You Need to Know🔽
The tram is Hong Kong's most budget-friendly
public transport option,
and it's not just for tourists; locals use it daily too!
The surrounding area is fantastic too.
Times Square, SOGO, and Lee Garden — all department stores are within walking distance.
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are packed with amazing restaurants,
so I even enjoyed the 'problem' of deciding what to eat for dinner every night!

One place I frequented, just a 4-minute walk away,
was ALTO, a 31st-floor rooftop bar with absolutely stunning night views!

Welcome Mart and Don Don Donki were also within walking distance,
making grocery shopping super easy!
When you're staying in Hong Kong for a month, having a supermarket nearby is absolutely essential.
Food expenses can add up surprisingly fast,
so it's great to have the option to cook at home sometimes!

For those who chose a room type with a kitchen at Loplus Hong Kong Apartments,
I hope you make the most of your Hong Kong rent by cooking, just like I did!
2. Hong Kong Apartment Rent Prices & Serviced Apartment Facilities

When looking for Hong Kong apartment rentals,
price is realistically the most important factor, isn't it?
Loplus offers various room types,
and the cheapest studio rooms start from HKD 22,000!

Considering the cost of living in Hong Kong, this is a pretty good price.
Even value-for-money hotels in Hong Kong cost at least ~$73 during the low season,
and those rooms can go up to around ~$219 during peak season.

Based on a studio room, that price works out to around ~$73 per night,
which is much better than staying in a hotel!
Plus, while it varies depending on the room type and chosen options,
Hong Kong serviced apartments often include additional costs like gym access, electricity, cleaning fees, and internet.
So, if you're planning a long-term stay of one month or more, it's definitely more financially advantageous than a hotel!

The minimum contract period is 1 month,
and extensions are flexibly available from 7 days,
so you can adapt even if your travel plans change.
By the way, what about the deposit?
✅ Less than 6 months: 1 month's rent
✅ 6 months or more: 2 months' rent

This is the same level as a typical Hong Kong apartment!
The difference is that it's run by a professional serviced apartment company, not an individual,
so you don't have to worry about not getting your deposit back if your relationship with the landlord sours.

When I used to stay long-term in hotels,
I constantly got stressed about laundry!
Laundry costs are high in Hong Kong,
and it's so hot that you need to wash clothes frequently.

My room included a washer and dryer combo,
but there are also communal washers and dryers on the rooftop that you can use for free!

Since you can cook simple meals in the kitchen,
you save on eating out, and it's easy to manage your condition on days you don't feel like going out.
There are various room types,
so it's a good idea to check the layout beforehand.
3. Loplus Hennessy Apartment Condition and Shared Facilities

As soon as I entered the room, I felt that it wasn't just a hotel vibe,
but a modernly designed Hong Kong apartment where I could actually live forever!

What was especially great was the noise level.
Even though it's in the heart of Wan Chai, the soundproofing is excellent,
so you barely hear any outside noise!
I could really sleep soundly at night.
The shared facilities are also pretty well-equipped.

On the 21st floor, there's a separate party room that you can rent from the apartment.
The kitchen even has a gas stove,
so you can cook simple meals,
and the moment you boil some ramyeon,
it completely feels like a home in Korea!

There's also a great space available for getting work done.
On the 5th floor, you'll also find reading rooms, meeting rooms, and spaces where you can use computers!

Hong Kong Apartment Facilities | |
Category | Facility Location |
Gym | 3rd Floor |
Lounge | 5th Floor |
Meeting Room | 1 hour free |
Sky Garden | 21st Floor |
Laundry Room | Shared |

When you head up to the Sky Garden on a sunny day,
it feels just like you're on a delightful picnic!
It's perfect for a refreshing breeze
or simply enjoying some peaceful alone time.

And the cleaning service is absolutely top-notch!
✅ Cleaning twice a week
✅ Linen change
✅ 24-hour concierge

Plus, when you pop down to the lobby, you'll find not just a Delonghi coffee machine, but also:
✅ Simple breakfast
✅ Popcorn service!
These might seem like little touches,
but they truly make everyday living so much more enjoyable.
