ibis Hong Kong Central & Sheung Wan

The ibis is conveniently located near Sheung Wan Station in Hong Kong.

This area is a transportation hub and a hot spot, connecting you to the Hong Kong Airport Bus (A11), the Macau Ferry Terminal, Sing Heung Yuen, PMQ, and the Mid-Levels Escalator.

It's truly a favorite area for Hong Kong travelers! 💥

Let's step inside the hotel.

Queen Bed Harbour View

This is the Queen Bed Harbour View room, featuring one queen-sized bed.

It offers amazing value, typically in the range of ~$74 to ~$111. +City view rooms start from an incredible ~$59!

The weather was beautiful, offering a fantastic view.

The synergy between Hong Kong's concrete jungle and the bustling harbor is simply captivating! ⛴️

The bathroom is decent.

Still, considering the price, it's definitely satisfying!

It was surprisingly spacious and comfortable.

When it comes to Hong Kong, the night view is simply unbeatable! 🌉

You can even catch a partial glimpse of Hong Kong's famous laser show, the

Symphony of Lights, right from your room.

Watching it comfortably from the room felt twice as beautiful.

A refreshing morning after a good night's sleep,

Another clear day 💛

Since this place is close to the Macau Ferry Terminal,

you can even see ferries traveling between Hong Kong and Macau!

And to top it off, egg tarts bought from Bakehouse nearby 💛

I'm definitely a Macau egg tart kind of person,

but why do these keep disappearing?..

I woke up to find only an empty box ^^

That was Ibis Hong Kong, where I had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Aki Hong Kong – MGallery

The next hotel is located in the Wan Chai district of Hong Kong,

Aki Hong Kong – MGallery.

Classic Room

I've entered the Classic Room.

It's a simple room with one large bed.

The hotel is generally decorated with wood,

and it was incredibly clean.

One slight drawback is that it's a bit small.

The bed pretty much fills up the entire room.

It was manageable for me as a solo traveler,

but for two people, spreading out luggage might be a bit inconvenient.

Gym & Breakfast

The gym may be small, but it has everything you need.

What caught my eye the most was

this beautiful view!

Overlooking the harbor,

if you could see this stunning panorama,

I think I could work out every day?!

After that workout, it was time to refuel ^^

The breakfast here is truly delicious.

It's a combination of a menu selection and a small salad bar,

and I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict!

So, these were the two hotels from my Hong Kong trip:

and the sleek, luxurious Aki Hong Kong.
