As a family of four, we opted for the spacious 1-Bedroom Suite, which comfortably accommodates up to five guests.
Our Stay Experience
Upon checking in at the lobby, we were pleasantly surprised with a refreshing welcome drink – a thoughtful gesture in Abu Dhabi, where water is a precious resource in the desert climate.
Freshly Renovated Rooms
Stepping into our 1-Bedroom Suite, designed for up to five guests, we were greeted by a spacious living area connected to the bedroom. While the building itself shows some signs of age, the rooms have been recently renovated, giving them a clean and modern feel.
Both the living room and bedroom feature large windows, offering stunning city views of Abu Dhabi from every angle.
The living room even has a dining table, which was perfect for enjoying meals, having a drink, and simply relaxing in a comfortable, spacious environment.
Despite Abu Dhabi's desert climate, the hotel generously provided fresh bottled water whenever we requested it. Coffee and tea supplies were also readily refilled upon request.
The bedroom itself was incredibly spacious, providing ample room to unwind.
Beyond the living room's dining table, the bedroom also featured a dedicated desk area. This versatile space was perfect for getting ready, catching up on work, or even enjoying a quiet meal.
One of the best features for our family of four was having two bathrooms! There's a main bathroom in the master bedroom and a convenient half-bath near the entrance.
The entrance bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a sink, perfect for quick access.
Relaxing Pool Area
Each morning before we started our daily adventures, we made sure to enjoy a swim. While the pool was a modest size, it was never crowded, allowing our family to enjoy a private and relaxing 'staycation' vibe.
The pool area was charmingly decorated with features like rocking chairs, adding to our overall satisfaction!
Convenient Korean Restaurant on the Ground Floor
Next to the lobby on the ground floor, you'll find a Korean restaurant. Given the generally high dining costs in Abu Dhabi, we found the prices here to be quite reasonable for Korean cuisine.
The staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant even operates a small Korean grocery corner, allowing guests to purchase ingredients.
Service Beyond Expectations
When one of our power outlets wasn't working, making the living room a bit dim, we reported the issue. A staff member promptly arrived, fixed it, and to our surprise, presented us with a complimentary fruit basket as an apology!
The exceptional service at Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi made us feel truly valued and taken care of throughout our stay. We couldn't have been more satisfied!
