When I was looking for accommodation in Boracay,

from the location to the pool, breakfast, and even the rooms,

I really compared a lot of options.

During our 7-day, 6-night trip to Boracay,

we spent a whopping four nights

at Henann Crystal Sands Resort.

If you're planning a family trip to Boracay with your kids,

I truly believe this is a place worth returning to.

even after we returned from our trip,

Why did we choose Henann Crystal Sands?

In Boracay, there are several Henann resorts alone.

There are quite a few of them.

Among them,

what I considered most important were

the location and the swimming pool.

One of the standout advantages of Henann Crystal Sands

is, without a doubt, its location.

It's a beachfront accommodation situated right on White Beach,

and it's also very close to D'Mall.

(just a 5-10 minute walk away).

During our four-night stay,

whether it was heading out for meals,

shopping,

or getting a massage,

we managed to do almost everything on foot.

Especially when you're traveling with kids on a family vacation,

this is a massive advantage.

And,

if you're someone who frequents Starbucks,

the location will be even more convenient for you.

(just a 3-minute walk away).

The Pool My Child Still Remembers

at Henann Crystal Sands

Another major reason I recommend this as a Boracay family accommodation:

The biggest reason of all!

It's the swimming pool.

Honestly, when I was booking the accommodation,

the pool in the photos was a huge deciding factor.

And when we actually arrived,

it wasn't just a pool that looked pretty in pictures.

The main pool on the first floor stretches out, long and inviting,

my daughter went back and forth from one end to the other,

having such a great time.

It must have been incredibly fun for her.

Even though some time has passed since our Boracay trip,

she keeps saying how amazing the pool was,

and she still talks about it to this day.

If you're traveling with a child who loves water play,

this pool alone is enough to

make your stay at Henann Crystal Sands absolutely worthwhile.

This infinity pool overlooks the stunning Boracay sea.

It looked gorgeous in photos,

but seeing it in person,

the combined view of the pool and the Boracay sea

was truly breathtaking.

And Boracay's sunsets

are just incredibly beautiful, aren't they?

From the Sky Pool, you get to witness both White Beach and

Boracay's famous sunsets.

Another fantastic advantage of Henann Crystal Sands?

You can dive into both the refreshing pool and the iconic White Beach

all at once!

The resort is a prime beachfront property,

situated directly on White Beach.

Anyone who's traveled with kids knows the drill –

getting to the pool involves packing swimsuits,

floats, towels, and a whole lot more!

But here, after a swim at the resort,

you only have to walk a few steps to be right on White Beach,

making the whole experience incredibly convenient.

then you're going to absolutely love it here!

Breakfast at Henann Crystal Sands

Breakfast is served at the resort's main restaurant,

Sapphire Restaurant.

AM 6:00 ~ AM 10:00

Since we stayed for 4 nights,

we had plenty of chances to experience the breakfast spread.

The menu was wonderfully diverse, offering everything from

authentic Filipino dishes to custom-made

omelets, fresh

salads, delightful

desserts, and so much more.

While the core offerings remained consistent,

the menu did rotate slightly each day.

I was particularly delighted by the spaghetti on our first morning –

it was so good,

I looked forward to having it again the next day...

only to find it wasn't on the menu anymore!

Haha!

To be honest,

I'd heard some mixed reviews about the breakfast at Henann properties before arriving,

so perhaps my expectations were initially low,

but...

Our family was more satisfied with the food than we expected.

Best of all, after enjoying breakfast,

we could step right out onto White Beach

and take a leisurely stroll, gazing at the morning sea.

That was truly wonderful!

The rooms are pretty standard

From the start, my priority wasn't the room itself,

but rather the location and the pool when choosing this accommodation.

So, during our family's 4-night stay,

we didn't experience any major discomfort.

The beds were comfortable,

there was no unpleasant dampness I worried about,

we didn't see any bugs,

and the water pressure and overall

room condition were also fine.

Oh, and since I always bring my own pillowcases whenever I travel,

I think I was less sensitive to those aspects.

Oh, and don't expect a view either.

We never had a reason to open the window... haha!

Our room had a wall view.... haha!

Handy Tips Before You Check In

Even after check-out,

we were able to store our luggage,

allowing us to conveniently go out without our bags

until we moved to our next accommodation.

at the time of our stay,

Boracay truly has an abundance of beautiful resorts.

don't just focus on how good the room itself is.

and what your family will spend the most time doing there.

For our family,

this accommodation had an incredibly high satisfaction level based on those criteria.
