Grilled Hagfish (꼼장어) and Grilled Clams (조개구이)
My Honest Review After Trying Two Menu Items

Among the two most popular 'pick-and-choose' menu items,
I was debating what to eat, but Hagfish (곰장어) was definitely a go-to!
and for the other, I chose Grilled Clams (조개구이).

It was my first time trying grilled hagfish,
and its texture was wonderfully chewy and firm,
with a sweet and spicy sauce coating it.
It's truly a dish that keeps you coming back for more.

Wrapping it in Perilla leaves (깻잎) and pairing it with Soju (소주),
it was a dish that went down incredibly smoothly.

The grilled clams arrived on a splendid tray,
and wow... there was a tremendous amount!

A friendly staff member even explained how to grill the clams.

Pile on the clams! Give 'em a flip!
Then, add as much *chojang* (spicy gochujang sauce) and cheese as your heart desires,
Take a bite, and *ahhh*! That's pure happiness right there.

We ate non-stop and left feeling incredibly happy and satisfied!

And *these* are the complimentary seafood dishes we received!
Live octopus (산낙지), sea squirt (멍게), and sea cucumber (해삼) were on the plate.
Paired with a shot of *soju* (소주)... *chef's kiss*! 🍶
