Busan Haeundae Marine City Brunch Hotspot
Cheese Cheese Cheese Marine: Pasta & Gnocchi Review
I recently visited Cheese Cheese Cheese Marine, a fantastic brunch spot in Busan's Haeundae Marine City, with my friends Kongsooni and Ganji who just moved there!
It had been quite a while since I last explored Haeundae Marine City, and I was amazed by all the new establishments. It truly felt like I was on a fresh Busan getaway.
Cheese Cheese Cheese Marine: Essential Information
Address - 115, Hyundai Camellia Commercial Building, Marine City 1-ro 167, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea
Hours - 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Last Order 8:00 PM)
Break Time - 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

We had a few brunch candidates in Marine City, but the name "Cheese Cheese Cheese" itself was so enticing, we just had to pick this place!

The space is cozy and impeccably clean, featuring about 6-7 tables for four. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and were incredibly friendly.
The atmosphere was charmingly quaint with a touch of exotic flair. Unfortunately, it was quite busy, so I only managed to snap this one interior shot.
We arrived just before noon, and the place was already packed! We had a short wait before being seated. Keep in mind that the waiting list is managed manually on-site.

The menu boasts a wide array of options, from plates, open sandwiches, salads, and soups to quesadillas, pastas, and gnocchi. They also offer coffee, sodas, bottled beers, and wine by the glass!

They even have a diverse selection of bottled wines, including red, white, and sparkling. If you're visiting with a group, ordering a bottle of wine to accompany your brunch would be a delightful idea.

We ordered the Parmigiano Cheese Pasta, Truffle Cream Gnocchi, and Bolognese Tagliatelle. Here's a full shot of our spread!
Initially, we didn't order drinks as we planned to grab coffee later, but the sight of the food was so tempting, we ended up adding two Cokes.
Pickles are available upon request.
Kongsooni also happened to bring a cheese clicker, which made for a fun photo op with our cheesy feast.

The Parmigiano Cheese Pasta was incredibly cheesy from the first glance!

It was incredibly rich, thick, savory, and salty – a true cheese lover's dream! Kongsooni absolutely devoured it, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it too.

We cracked the egg yolk and mixed it all in – yum!
The amount of minced beef was generous, and the sauce was delicious. In fact, there was so much meat that we ended up with a pile of it left over! We initially thought the portions might be small, but it turns out the three of us (two adults and one child) couldn't even finish everything.

The gnocchi had a delightful crispy exterior and a wonderfully chewy interior. The cream sauce was quite rich, and while the truffle aroma wasn't overwhelmingly strong, it had a pleasant, subtle hint, making the gnocchi absolutely delicious.
All three dishes were incredibly tasty, and the portions were more generous than we expected, easily satisfying two adults and one child.
If you're a cheese lover, this place will instantly catch your eye just by its name, and the food truly delivers on that cheesy promise. It was a very satisfying experience.
Thanks to Ganji and Kongsooni, we had a fantastic meal. I'd love to come back and try other menu items next time I'm in Marine City.
