Haeundae Beach is only about 0.087 miles away, making it super easy to stroll along the shore or dip your toes in the ocean whenever you like. Mipo Port is also close by, which is perfect if you plan to ride the Haeundae Beach Train or the Sky Capsule – the transit connections are excellent.

The Haeundae Blueline Park Mipo Station is roughly 0.298 miles from the residence, so if your Busan itinerary revolves around the Haeundae area, this location is truly ideal.

The Ocean Junior Suite: Perfect for Four Guests

The room I stayed in was the Ocean Junior Suite. Four adults comfortably shared the space, and unlike standard hotel rooms that are often just a bed, this suite featured a separate living room and sleeping areas, which made a huge difference.

When booking a room at LCT Residence, it's worth noting that even "ocean view" rooms can face slightly different directions. The Ocean Junior Suite I stayed in offered a Mipo Harbor view, showcasing both the port and the sea.

From our window, we could see the Mipo Port area and the ocean simultaneously. It was fascinating to watch the boats in the harbor and the Haeundae Beach Train making its way along the coast.

In contrast, the "panorama" view typically refers to a classic beach view, offering a sweeping expanse of Haeundae Beach.

Personally, I found the Mipo Harbor view more memorable than just a pure ocean view, as it included the lively port and the charming beach train.

In-Suite Washer & Dryer

After a fun day at Haeundae Beach, we could immediately wash our wet clothes right in the suite. This was a personal game-changer for our family trip to Busan!

Our room was equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer, and laundry detergent was also provided.

Let's be honest, dealing with wet clothes and swimsuits after a day at Haeundae Beach can be quite a hassle.

But being able to wash and dry everything right in our accommodation made packing up the next day so much easier.

With cutlery, an opener, a coffee machine, and all necessary dishes provided, it was easy and enjoyable to prepare meals with the family!

Friendly Staff & Prime Location Made Our Stay Excellent

During our stay, the staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

Its proximity to Haeundae Beach was a huge advantage; we could easily pop back to the residence for a quick rest between sightseeing adventures before heading out again.

If your itinerary includes Mipo Port and the Blueline Park, the location offers excellent accessibility for all your planned activities.
