First Reason: A Restaurant Where They Grill the Meat for You

The first reason I recommend this Haeridan-gil date spot

is that they grill the meat for you.

After you place your order,

a staff member will attend to your table and personally grill the meat.

They even trim the lamb right down to the meat on the bone,

piece by piece, so you can just relax, chat, and enjoy your meal.

With them grilling everything from vegetables to meat, without interrupting your conversation,

you can dine in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

Second Reason: A Luxurious Atmosphere, Perfect for a Date!

Ramujin, the Haeundae lamb restaurant,

features a counter-seating layout.

The staff are located in the center,

with tables arranged around the perimeter.

This setup felt luxurious, yet

it was easy to chat with my companion.

My Honest Review After Trying It Myself 🐑

French Rack, Lamb Ribs, Lamb Meat

Lamuzin (라무진) offers three lamb menu items.

From the basic 1-serving portion,

you can add on as little as 0.5 servings, so

the ability to eat as much as you want without feeling like it's not enough

was truly reasonable.

The basic setting includes things like this:

soy sauce with Cheongyang chili peppers, salt, and cabbage pickles.

These are all prepared for you.

Radish soup with lamb.

With ginger, it was slightly spicy yet

clean, refreshing radish soup! It also had plenty of lamb meat.

So, let's officially start preparing to eat!

Since it was a great place for a quiet chat,

we chatted away while waiting for all the lamb to grill.

The first bite, with salt!

The staff even gave us some great tips on how to eat it deliciously,

so all you have to do is follow along.

From the second bite onwards,

it's delicious to eat it with various vegetables.

Crunchy bean sprouts and crispy onions,

savory garlic stems and even green onions!

When eaten with a variety of vegetables,

it's a perfect bite, even in terms of texture.

One thing that surprised me while eating was that

there was absolutely no lamb smell, and it was

savory and incredibly tender.

It was a completely new experience with a texture, taste, and aroma

entirely different from the lamb skewers and lamb ribs I usually eat.

Garlic Rice, Lamuzin's only side dish!

The garlic rice comes with seaweed (gim),

and a bite with seaweed (gim), garlic rice, vegetables, and lamb

like this is just *chef's kiss* 👍

It was a bite that made me want more!
